Outofstyle's PM moon cycle

#1

Hey all, I have come up with my PM regime that I intend on following for 5 months and then evaluating. May make small changes along the way depending on my cycle. Here it is:

I will be cycling with the moon phases (period on the new moon, ovulation on full moon---> I am already aligned to this but as I have an IUD I may soon lose my period)

Days of cycle-------Phase------PM Pills (500mg)----- Moon
1-4----------------Menses----- 0 -----------------------New Moon
5-7----------------Follicular--- 0 ----------------------
8-9---------------Follicular---- 1 -------------------------
10-11 ----------- Follicular---- 2 -------------------
12-15 ----------- Follicular---- 3 -----------------------
16 --------------- Ovulation--- 3 ---------------------- Full Moon
17 --------------- Ovulation--- 2 ---------------------
18-19 ----------- Ovulation--- 1/2-------------------
20 --------------- Luteal ------ 1 ----------------------
21-25 ----------- Luteal ------ 2 ---------------------
26 --------------- Luteal ------ 1 ----------------------------
27-29 ----------- Luteal ------ 0 -------------------------
1-4 -------------- Menses -----0 ------------------------- New Moon

FENUGREEK TEA- Days 18-25 (1cup-->2cup-->1cup over this 7-day period)
The days may vary a bit of course, but I intend to always begin the first 7 days of my cycle with zero pills and always end the last 3 days with no pills, the pill taking will roughly follow my outline. (I've written it in my calendar and from how the moon cycles, there are some cycles where I will maybe get a pill less)

Soooo.... I will be taking PM for 19 days and not taking it for 10 (assuming a 29 day cycle).

On average per month I will be getting 17,000mg of PM (Compared to 15,000 mg of a 15 day On/Off cycle).

I am going to see where this gets me! Will post my profile below.

PS- for anyone's curiousity on how I formed this regime, I did alot of research and chose which days to take my PM and the fenugreek, and how much based off of wikipedia info.

Haha. I'm doing the SAME thing except with PC and Estradiol tossed in as well and no FG. And I'm using liquid drops of PM instead of capsules.

It's going well here. Good luck.

Ah yes I took a look at yours and see they are very similar. I am hoping by following my body's natural levels (or what they should be) more closely with the ups and downs I will get the best possible results. Fingers crossed!

thanks Augentrost!! We will see. I think I will need to gain a bit of weight, maybe 4-5 pounds, and do lots of crunches/stairs to keep my booty firm and waist slim. And I will be eating peanut butter (1-2 tbsp a day) and other such nutritious high calorie and high protein foods.

And my regular supplements that I take (multivitamin, vitamin e, omega 3 (very important because peanut butter is high in omega6), and I think I will add cayenne pills to the list for good blood circulation.

My PM should be here within ten days!!

My PM finally came!!
I am making some changes to my cycle, where I had put that I will be taking 3 pills I will now only be taking 2, as the bottle advises not to take more than 2 a day and I am going to follow this. As for other things I am taking/doing, I will be taking:

Morning
Before Breakfast
- 1 PM
- 1 tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- massage
- 1 cup damiana tea

After Breakfast
- 1 fish oil (omega 3)
- 1 Evening primrose oil
- 1 Flaxseed Oil
- 1 Multivitamin
- 1 Vitamin E
- Vitamin C (every 2nd day)

Evening
After Supper
- 2 fish oil
- 1 garlic pill (every 2nd day)
- 1 Acai berry supplement (every 2nd day)
- 1 caltrate calcium

Before Bed
- 1 PM
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- massage

Just a note: I am only taking the garlic because I am prone to yeast infections, and as for the Acai berry supplement, these berries are high in antioxidants and I don't know if any of the antioxidant properties are still in the supplement after the processing, but I happen to have them and want to use them up

Also, I may get some Cayenne soon, or if I could find where I put my misplaced bag of ginkgo tea, I will just have that instead.

Thanks Augentrost, I am certainly hoping to see an improvement in my skin!

Today I switched from my usual jasmine green tea to an orange leaf(?) tea of some sorts. It had licorice root in it so I decided to try something new Smile ... but then I cracked and had a cup of coffee too. So far been good with my massages though. I am hoping my breasts become sensitive soon so I can actually tell if the PM is kicking in as it should!

I am going to start taking cayenne pepper supplements also now, for better circulation and because I am always cold. Also, I have been obsessively looking at myself in the mirror, looking for change, and it hasn't even been a week! So I have decided to stop entirely looking for changes, to accept that change may or may not come and not to force it or cause stressful thoughts. When looking into the mirror I am going to do it with my glasses off just so I don't start peering for imperfections and actually look at myself as a whole, rather than at parts of myself that I want to change. Happy realization!

Also, going back to my ORIGINAL PM plan, since as of lately I have been questioning the strength of Ainterol in comparrison to more expensive brands.

Anyone have any comments regarding putting menthol lotion on breasts?
