Foods good in stearic acid for breast growth

Hi
Apparently, the fat that breasts are made of is called Stearic Acid. This is a triglyceride (a type of fat found in your blood).

Triglyceride is found in butter fat, bacon, cream from milk, real butter pastries, which are good sources of stearic acid.

So I'm thinking that if you eat foods rich in stearic acid the fat will go to your breasts (as this is what type of fat breasts are made of).

What do you ladies think?

Do you know any other foods are high in stearic acid?

Keep in mind stearic acid is a saturated fat, which are typically one of the two fats you want to avoid. This is due to the way they're processed my the body.

Trans fats are the worst since they've been chemically altered.

A general rule on fats: if it's solid at room temp, it's likely less nutritious and also likely from an animal. If its liquid at room temp, its likely from a plant or some type of fish.

I'm not saying don't enjoy some bacon or butter on your toast or when you cook, but too much of anything can end badly. Saturated fats, like stearic acid, can be one of the ones that can hurt you in the long run in large quantities.

Fat and weight gain in general will go where it wants due to a variety of variables, from DNA, to activity level, etc. Just remember the joke of "that will all go to your thighs" from tv shows or the American Dad episode where the city banned Trans fats or the SpongeBob episode where Squirdward ate the vault of burgers.

saturated fat from natural aminal fats are actually good for you. We burn this fat for energy unlike plant fats. So can we sore these saturated fats in the breasts? I would think so as it is easily assimilated in the body. You can just eat grassfed or raw. These are the best fats and won't give you bad cholesterol or dimply fatty deposits.

I am all for this. So this is called stearic acid?? Really? Its so weird they would break it down like this and it has its own function huh?

I agree, adding fat will just distribute weight all over your body. There's no guarantee that it will go to your breasts. Chances are, the fat will distribute itself into the areas where you currently have the most fat.

Tibetan, thank you for correcting that portion of my statement. Yet one must remember, too much of a good thing doesn't end well normally.

Moderation is key from all that has been said and making sure it is within reasonable limits per day and such. Maybe try fat brushing to help "direct" the fats or stearic acid towards the breasts I suppose.

I am speaking from experience. There are many bad saturated fats but raw, unrefined or even rendered, grassfed animal fat is the best and nourishing fats you can put in your body. I went paleo for a couple of months and ate raw eggs, buffalo/beef/chicken muscle meats, marrow bones, and beef suet with vegitables and fruits and I was the skinniest ever.
I had to stop this diet because it was too cooling for me. I was in need of warming temperature foods as I had hypo-adrenia.

I also want to concur that certain saturated fats are indeed veryyy good for you. Like what Tibetan said-- grassfed meat/dairy is very good for you. Bad fats are man-made fats like vegetable oil, cottonseed oil, etc. They are highly carcinogenic.

Little known fact about good saturated fats: They're a strong antioxidant and flush bad metals/impurities from your body like mercury. And are a good source of Vitamin A, which is a fat-soluble vitamin and real vit A cannot be aquired from plants. Only animal fats and foods. (some people can convert the plant version of Vit A over to real Vit A (retinol) but many cannot.)

Where did you find that breast fat is made up of stearic acid? I find it hard to believe that this stearic acid would be the only type of fat to make up breast fat. Even so, wouldn't it be found in other parts of the body, meaning that you couldn't just increase breast fat by increasing stearic acid consumption, as genetics would still tell your body where to place the fat first?

I can't find much about stearic acid and breast fat, I'm just curious how it could possibly become breast fat and not just any other regular fat.

My hypnotist told me. He has been giving me good helpful info for me.
I too do wonder if eating these foods that it will only go to the breasts, I think it will go to other parts of your body too.

Yes, saturated grass fed fat is what we evolved on and is good for us. Big Grin It contains omega 3. Go for organic with no hormones or antibiotics. The medical profession are partially right when they say it can cause heart disease, but this only applies to grain fed animals because their fat is too high in omega 6, which causes inflammation of the arteries causing high cholesterol. These animals are not eating their natural diet and are not healthy.
There's also no limit to how much grassf SF you can eat. See mercola.com. The "butter lady" in Australia eats lots of organic butter. It is anticancer. She has lost weight eating it and her cholesterol is beautiful.
Virgin cold pressed coconut oil is solid at room temperature in winter, but is extremely healthy. It supports the thyroid gland and immunity.
