they are very small pills 250mg i find them much easier to swallow than capsuals.

yes its a success! I havent finished my bottle yet as I like to keep doses of pm low but I am very happy today i am 42.25in and they are feeling good and firm its a good review from me i ordered a new bottle so Ill be giving them around 3 months I would love to be close to 44 by then If I am I buy even more haha
