Hello! New from Canada

#1

Hi everyone!

Forgive me for asking, what I assume to be pretty redundant questions from us newbies.

I am a little overwhelmed with all the information I have been skimming over so far. I would appreciate any links to insightful threads that would be of great value for any newcomer.

I am 25 years old, 5'2" and 100lbs, though a little out of shape. I have had one pregnancy, have regular, albeit heavy periods. I eat relatively healthy, as does my family. Lots of fruit and vegetables and lean meat, grains and nuts.

I am a 32B, and was hoping to be around a nice full 32/34C cup, similar to what I had experienced during my late stages of pregnancy and through breastfeeding.

I have no idea where to start in this process, or if there's any hope for me at all! Any help and guidance is greatly appreciated.

I am looking forward to hearing from you all and learning about this journey.

Hello! I am also from Canada Smile

I would check out this site
http://www.hormoneprofile.com/progesteronetest.htm

And decide whether you want to act assuming:
1) you are estrogen dominant
2) estrogen defficient (progesterone dominant)
3) normal levels/neither

And if you are estrogen dominant, progesterone cream and massage are probably best.

If you are estrogen defficient, I'd try pueraria mirifica and massage

If you think your levels are normal I'd either try just PM or both PM and progesterone cream (cycling, day 1-15 PM, day 16-26 PC, 26-29 nothing)

With any of these things, massage is absolutely vital, your chances of success shoot up the more you massage.
You should massage 2-3 times a day (or more if you want and can) for 3-9minutes per breast.

Good luck!!!!
