Plan not working, suggestions?

#1

I was registered under a different name before but it NEVER let me log in so I made a new one. I used to be HJ1988.

so here's what's happening with me now:

7 months ago I started on very low doses of

Fenugreek seed, saw palmetto, Maca & Hops

now I'm up to
1860 Mg of Hops
3150 Mg of Maca
3660 Mg of Fenugreek
3240 Mg of Saw Palmetto per day

that's three capsules each 2x daily

I have seen zero results after all this time. Before I reorder anything, what can I do? I'm massaging a few times a week with a fenugreek/lotion mixture I made and still nothing.

I'm 5'4 136 pounds if it matters at all.

please help, starting to feel the discouragement :/

You may be taking too much. I take maca 525mg/3 times/day
Fenugreek 610 mg/ 2 /3 times/day and I massage with flax seed oil and my breasts feel full and are sore. I've been taking this for about 5 weeks now. Try lowering your dosages a bit and see if it makes a difference.

I agree with the other girls. #1, WAAAAAY too much, #2, the SP may actually be working against you.

It doesn't sound as though you have any real idea about your body... I'd suggest going off EVERYTHING, do a cleanse, and then get your hormones tested in a couple months from now.

How quickly did you ramp up by the way? Cuz 7 months is kinda short to go from "low dose" to that kind of insane dosing schedule.

I don't think calling me insane is all that helpful. I ramped up gradually by adding one capsule every couple of months. I'm 24 years old, not on birth control.

LOL. Soz... I really didn't mean it that way at all, and I do hope tibetan was just shocked into phrasing it the way she did.

Hm. That's still pretty quick, really... Especially since that sp could be counterproductive depending. Even more so with hops as your primary phytoestrogen than if that were pm.

IMO, if you aren't going to do what I originally suggested, try taking the other doses back down and taking sp out completely.

IF you feel you need something for anti-T, try mint tea. Or even spearmint capsules if you're not a tea drinker.

Estrogen is also on a diurnal cycle. You might consider only taking hops once, early in the day, around 7-9 in the morning.

Well sorry you feel that way. Its just that it seems you didn't do enough research. Cause if you did, you'd find out that the dosing is quite high. Also, many grow on much loser doses that is why it is helpful to ramp up! When needed of course.

Time for a liver cleanse and of course start over. Easy now...
