Product called "Natural Curves"

#1

I was browsing my local GNC store and I came across a product called "Natural Curves" it contains 443mg worth of extracts from each of these herbs:
  • saw palmetto
  • wild yam
  • dong quai
  • blessed thistle
  • dandelion root
  • fennel seed
  • ginseng root
  • black cohosh root

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this product and if so, would you share your results, if any?

I remember this product being mentioned before a couple of times and from what I recall it's a very low dose product with minimal ingredients, minimal anyway compared to what most women who succeed with herbal breast enhancement take. The experience of women in this forum in general is that these low dose products don't have a very high success rate.

Damn :/ And I thought I may have solved the issue of taking so many different pills a day. Thank you for your response Smile I appreciate it.

I took this. Perhaps I respond better than most but this stuff was too powerful for me. After a few months on this I never stopped spotting and it shortened my cycle to only 3 weeks. I did grow a cup on this in 3 months. The next month I used FG, WY, and SP separately to get the second cup I grew. I do feel that the herbs I took separately wouldn't have worked as well if I hadn't of already had been taking the NC since it already had them in there. It seems to me that it takes about 3 months of taking any herbs/extracts to see the full benefit of them.

Check my program thread for more detailed info.

Personally, considering how bad the NC messed with my cycle I wouldn't recommend it but my body is quite sensitive and typically reacts more strongly to things than others would both good and bad.

Yes that is most definitely true. Whatever herbs that someone takes I think they should always try for 3 months minimum.

BeneGesserit: Thank you for your insight. I read through your program page and you seem to have been doing very well despite being so sensitive to so many things. (I can relate to the nickel allergy :/ ) I guess now I must decide if this is right for me or not.

My period has always varied with the change of seasons. I don't know why, that's just how it is with me. As for anything internal, I have what I refer to as an "iron stomach". I can handle just about anything I throw at my body. It's external that has issues (special shampoos and lotions, no nickel, dry skin, etc). If 3 months is what I must wait to see if this works, I guess 3 months is what I'm waiting. (I really wish this process could be just a little faster!)

I plan to still continue taking fenugreek as that's been the only thing that's worked for me so far. Red clover seemed to have no effect one way or another, but maybe coupled with the other ingredients of "Natural Curves", it may actually do something. I hate the idea of gaining more cellulite than I already have thanks to saw palmetto, but you said you didn't get any from NC, but only when SP was taken at a higher dose.

I've said it before and I'll say it again; NBE is a damn labyrinth!!

Some women don't get on with Dong Quai which this product contains, and report problems with it similar to yours, but then Nature Day contains Dong Quai and along with Wonderup it seems to have the highest success rate of any herbal products in these forums. Also the Black Cohosh isn't favoured by a lot of women here, who say that it's better for the menopause than anything else and not the most suitable choice for a NBE formula.
