I thought taking 5000mg would be too much? I started taking pm yesterday orally. its powder form 98% pure extract (its supposed to be the strongest) i started Taking it with a glass of milk. It says the maximum to be taken per day is 600mg and no more.

Combined with flaxseed massage morning and night. Does anyone know if eating whole fenugreek seeds and things like that would be adding too much to my programme?

the blonde girl she took 1 pill of 500mg and nine spoons of PM powder of Ainterol :o 5000mg per day it's too much, she didn't think of the possible side effects of that

I personally wouldn't be capable of taking 5000mg a day, just thinking about all the effects of that in my body, but I think there are some people who wouldn't mind taking that risk..
