Homemade oils/cream/lotions

#1

Hi guys/girls,

My girlfriend really wants some bigger breasts and is wanting to get plastic surgery however I don't think that's a healthy solution for her so I've agreed to help her research alternatives. Unfortunately however I feel as though I'm going to be doing most of the research myself as my girlfriend tends to give up on reading quite easily.

So after doing a fair amount of reading we've decided to start on the least risk option and ordered a noogleberry pump for her. After reading both this forum and noogleberry's forum I read that people are creating their own homemade oil or cream blends to use with their pre-pump massages however being in Melbourne Australia I'm finding it a bit difficult finding herbs. From what I read most people are using fenugreek and fennel liquid extracts and mixing it with either grape-seed oil or almond oil.

Firstly what do you girls use in your oils/creams? How do you mix them, what quantities do you use? Also extra super bonus points if anyone can recommend or suggest to me where I could find these ingredients in Melbourne.

Thanks

Check out this blog. Like all of it, then do further research here using the search feature on this forum.

Also check to see what kind of hormone imbalance she could have.

I'm not familiar with the noogleberry but I do know that it can be a hassle so if your girl won't take the time to read then she probably wont take the time to do the noogle.

I'm from the states so I have no idea how the customs are in Australia. You can pretty much buy all of the herbs online and I'm sure locally from a health food store. Greenbush herbs, Amazon, even ebay has a lot of options.

Look into Vitex its a pretty great herb that can be used by most women to help balance hormones. So that's somewhere she can start while your researching what she specifically needs.

thanks for your reply kaitlyn9. i've read through the international Greenbush herbs site and found a good list of herbs and great information about natural breast enlargement. my girlfriends not comfortable with using herbs like PM or anything that can be considered slightly risky or has potential to cause cycle issues or anything of that nature, so i'm guessing fenugreek, wild yam and saw pal will have to do.

Greenbush has a great selection of herbs and 'kits' however the international shipping starts at $39 and goes up roughly $4 per bottle...so very quickly i found myself with a $70 shipping cost. considering my package is going to be like 1 kg, $70 is a bit much, especially when i just ordered a 3kg package from the USA yesterday and paid a whole $12 for shipping.

i've looked at my local health food shops but i cant seem to find most herbs and the ones i can find are generally in tablet or capsule form. looking at local chemists/pharmacies i can also find *some* herbs there however would there be a quality difference between these chemist herbs and herbs i would find on say Greenbush? or does it all come down to the amount of mg?

i can't seem to find any places like Greenbush in australia so unless someone can recommend me one, were i to purchase from there does anyone have any ideas on how to minimise the shipping costs? i know there are mail forwarding companies in the US however i've never used one before, does anyone have any recommendations or some other ideas?

thanks

Honestly Greenbush isn't necessary, especially at those rates. This may be a dumb question but can you order from Amazon? They have pretty much every thing you could need. I doubt shipping would be that ridiculous.
Check out this link to figure out herbs and their functions.

Also look into Vitex.

hi kaitlyn9,

With amazon shipping is generally a 50/50, some distributors will while others wont. shipping prices are usually much cheaper then what greenbush is offering, if the order is fulfilled by amazon itself (ie, shipped by/from amazon) then the fees are next to nothing (last time I paid $9). I'll have a look now at amazon, hopefully I can find a herbal store that fulfils my needs.

thanks for your help Smile
