Finally I started my Menzies! I am exactly a week late. I noticed a deflate yesterday afternoon. This morning surprise! Though I am deflated. I a fuller c cup. Very happy about that. I started my so for androgen control. I believe I am in cycle 9? I M going to try to milk follicular because I hardly grow in it. I believe its due lower than Average hormonal output. I am So far so good on my upped dose.

The good news is the lactaction stopped. Phew...let me say. This is painful when it happened to me. I think my next goal is to lose a bit of weight. I've measured must now a hair over 34.5! I have squishy mallow boobs. I really hope the first day is in dead the lowest in hormone output because boy It was sudden.

Although it is day 4 into the cycle, I am having a decent measurement of 34.7/8's! I think I am growing again! Mallow Boobs and no swelling at all. I know it took me a long time to get here but it does go fast.

I am no longer using PM topical. I JUST don't think I fare well on PM. Maybe another time. So they stayed fuller this time around and less pointy. I think the saying is true, two steps forward, one step back, often. But the gains do add up eventually.

I am on Maca for the first two weeks, then I will drop it for the second half. I will see how this goes...

Day 6 of cycle *9 and the girls have remained full. I am not doing extra protein. Don't think I metabolize protein too well. I'll just get fatter. I'm thinking of doing Bb. Not sure yet. UB is good so far. I've been wanting to take update photos but I think when I hit cup d, it will be more noticeable. Wow. Can't believe the girl with hashi's is having some great success. If I can do it, anyone can.

U look amazing in the pics. I was reading ur post from almost when u started BO as I just started BO n wanted to take guidance from existing users. I must say ur growth is impressive. Can u tell how much on boobs u gained only with BO. N how much body weight u gained with it.
One more thing if u don't mind to answer I'm a little scared if using protein shakes with BB but they say we have to we're u taking one shake a day or two. Don't wanna get fat while on BBSad

I gained ten lbs on UB in the 6 months I was on it. Month 3 was when I noticed weight gain. I did 15 to30 GMs extra daily then stopped it sometime in month 4. Then I did off andn on 15 GMs of extra protein. Then stopped completely on month 7. I did not lose the weight. Huh I went up 2 cups though. 32.5-34.5 sometimes 35 in tape measure .
The days amount of protein was split up into two.
I haven't grown anymore lately but I have been off the protein sincE I do not wish to gain any more weight. I am now doing 70%raw greens n fruit with 30% meat protein. I am doing a whole body overhaul to trim my waist and gain a little muscle. I hope it will help further my nbe. But again. I have been at this weight before. It never this size in chest so I know go worksBig Grin

So it means even though u didn't took the shakes consistently the full periods of six months of using BO u gained 10 pounds. No doubt look great with the growth u had, but again for me 10 pounds is a lot, but if BB doesn't work without protein shakes then I don't have other choice.

A couple things. First of all, Tibetan may have gained 10 pounds but remember that she also gained two cup sizes, so some of that weight went to her breasts, which is what you should expect if they are to get bigger, right? Tongue Secondly, Tibetan said that she only consumed an extra 15-30 grams of protein a day. 15 grams of protein is how much you will get from drinking less than two small 8 ounce glasses of milk or by eating a chicken breast that is HALF the size of your palm! So, basically, it really is not that much, and there is no way that anyone can gain 10lbs from increasing the protein in their daily diet by only 15 grams or even really 30 grams, so the weight gain would more likely be from the BO. But, if you are really concerned, just making sure you get some exercise in your routine will guarantee that you will not gain fat (and I do not say "weight" because of the third point I will make....) Thirdly, remember that WEIGHT is composed of a lot of things. It does not have to all be fat Wink Weight can also be muscle weight! Weight is not always a bad thing!

Yeah ur absolutely right. Weight gain is not a bad thing always, not bad as u explained it. I know that ur not using BO but if u or anyone else know that how much protein we r suppose to take daily while on BO I'm still not sure. I'm taking 24 grm PS is that enough?

Essentially you are correct. I think it varies for each person. I have adrenal issues So packing on muscle doesn't come easy for me. Though muscle out weighs fat per lb., I believe mine was mostly fat storage. If one has wonky glands it won't work as well. You'll gain in some areas more than others. But at least it works for many of us.

So I am all out of whack here! I was a week late last cycle on the 29th and now its the 4th May and i am so late. Waiting for the menses... decided to add wy for my spleen and nbe along with UB. It could be my cooling raw food diet that caused the delay. Come on cycle 10!
