Hello, I'm 27 5'10, 163 lbs and I'm built like a ruler. It's not genetics(at least i dont think) both family sides are well endowed in breast and butt. I'm currently a 34a. I took fenugreek for a month and my weight went up significantly! Being an avid runner I had to discontinue fenugreek I'm currently taking maca root since 3/26 (1500mg)and and daily orange peel oil massages and I definitely feel something, but it could be psychosomatic!Any suggestions or tips are greatly appreciated. Here goes nothing! thanks for reading!

Actually it's probably the running. Running tends to flatten a figure out more than any other form of routine exercise. Are your better endowed rels also runners or no?
If no, I imagine your best bet will be in figuring out an additional exercise regimen to counterbalance the running.
Exactly what that would be I wouldn't know. I'm more of a sedentary creature and when I do choose to exercise, I'm more a power walker and cyclist than a runner. Other girls here might be better able to advise.

Aside from your chest if you want to try and build some shape on your backside doing things like this are quite helpful.

To be clear I started out with a naturally very large butt (and legs)... im built kind of like a realistic chun-li (... character from the game street fighter) ... But my butt started to shrink and sag a little when i went on a weight loss program (i was never fat but i started to put on a bit when i lost my job and was unhappy with that) and this has helped to keep my legs and butt shapely/back in shape. Ive added a few moves to the routine at this point and I use 20 lb each on the ankle weights but I would only recommend 5-10 for someone who doesnt have/want muscular legs, but doing this 3-5 times a week you should help you.

It's definitely been counter active running pavement. so I started running stairs and more hills and started weight training. The maca root has my breasts sore and extremely sensitive I can't even hug my baby niece! but I am continuing my massaging twice a day after showers. And I did some asking around in my family and nobody has had issues with lacking curves! so my current routine is as follows
Maca root, whey protein, banana, avocado smoothies 2x a day
Coconut oil, fish oil and vitamin E massage 2x a day
Weighted bicep curls 3 reps of 5
Push-ups 4 reps of 10
60 squats
I'm following a plan I saw in shape magazine btw. Now to invest in a tap measure and stop relying on mirror pics
