Hi everyone,
I'm going to start my BO program pretty soon. I already ordered BB last night hopefully it will arrive with in a week. my protein powder is on its way too. I'm thinking of adding collagen to my program since I read it helps with the growth.
I was looking for used Brava too but no progress in that department yet n I'm not sure abt NB as I might not b able to move around with that which s imp for my bz lifestyle.
Now briefly abt me
Age 30
Height: 5 feet 2 inches
Weight: 96 lbs
Under bust: 27/28
Bust: 29 1/2
Do u guys think I should add something else too in my program? N yes I always get pimples on my skin. I've heard that BB can cause acne too so I don't know if it going to my existing acne prob worse. Any suggestions to control acne or make it better.
Any input is appreciated.

Hello Lily,
Make sure the protein powder has low sugar amount. I mixed them with whole milk (as I am underweight, lost 25+ lbs after car accident + 3 major surgeries). With milk itself, 1 cup already adds 12g of sugar...
I used whey protein (body fortress - 26g protein & 2 g sugar / scoop * per drink) however it tasted horrible. I gagged each time, half the tub I gave up. I then switched to soy protein that had 14 g of sugar/scoop which elevated acnes on my chin but it tasted a lot better (but was told Soy Protein isolation is not good). I now switch to Plant Protein. Feel a lot better.
I take BO (swanson), puituary glan, SP, Vitex, Multi Vitamin, l'arginine, L'tyrosine, hyadro acid and Flax oil (massage+pump). Gain 1/2" in a month... Not sure it was just swollen from excessive pumping or not

I don't k ow how my protein powder will taste I ordered now brand whey protein isolate. I would try to mix it in smoothies or juices etc i hope it won't make me sick ( fingers crossed)
I'm also under weight,but I hope I won't put up weight when gaining nothing on the required part. I might add volufuline to my prog later.
N how long ur using BO for?

So the 9 months supply of my BB arrived yesterday. The protein powder isn't arrived yet, but I couldn't wait for that to come so I just took my morning dose of BB. I just thought that I'll try to keep n eye on my protein intake through diet until my PP arrive. My collagen tablets have arrived too, so I'll take those from today too.
I would start with 1000mg of collagen per day n might increase it after.
I also started MR from three days. 2 to three times a day. No response to that yet. But I know three days r nothin I've to b consistent. The thing with consistency is that the ppl around me are going to b suspicious bcoz of its smell. Well I can't say always that I've joint pain
let c how long I can use it.
I also ordered rapibust which isn't arrived yet. Once it's going to b here I'll use it every night.
Posting my program n progress would keep every details if my program at one place n I would be able to look back easily if I want too. I cant find many program pages for BO users which is kinda less of a help n motivation, but no worries I've to keep my spirits high n keep myself on track.

I actually was on FG and other herbals (it helps my appetite) but after spending more time reading this forum I decided to switch over to BO due to my tubular size. I took 2 wks for cleansing, so technique I am on BO just about 3 wks.
Try Hemp Protein, it is better than other protein (and safer!).
I also think for underweight people like us and trying the NBE is a perfect way to gain extra pounds

I responded on Emily's MR thread earlier. I think for people with so little tissue to work with, you might try NB too. I tried massage for 60 days, nothing happened. But since I massage with FSO, pump and MR, my swelling stays a lot longer.
I would have more time to upload my pixes to my program page next week after I finish my final this week. I work full time and taking 3 online courses so time is very limited.
Oh, it seems I gain weight but the muscle weigh not the fat since I start this NBE journey. I need more fat gain to distribution to my chest

I can't spend anymore money on NBE for atleast two months. I've spent a whole lot on supplements, creams n shipping n handling things already. I wanted to buy brava (or I'll just go for NB if I won't find used brava) but can't do that right now I've to wait for that now. U said ur using FSO doesn't it have phytoestrogen in it coz we can't take any other hormones with BO that's why I didn't try MR with FSO. Do tell me if I'm wrong.
So u started gaining wait. Well it's ok if I gain some wait but I don't want to gain a lot. I like my slim n trim body shape. Tell me some excercises to keep the gain at its right place if u know any.

So my protein powder arrived yesterday n I had it As soon as I got It. I mixed it in with juice n crushed some ice with it. It didn't taste as bad as I expected to be, at least I didn't throw up after drinking that.
For now I'm just going to take the PP once a day. I know they say to take it twice, but I'm unable to stop thinking about gaining excessive weight with it. So I'll continue researching more abt if on the forum or if someone wants to share some tips about it is more than welcome.
Fifth day on MR still no response. I'm waiting for my rapibust to arrive to let c if I can get some results with that.
My iodine is on the way too but as I'm in my luteal I've my temp gud for BO. I think I would need it in my follicular only. But I was wondering if it is the normal pattern for the temps to be higher In Luteal n lower In follicular why do we need to incrwase temp with iodine or some other sup for getting results with BO.
Any how that's it for today.

So it's been a week on BB. I couldn't be consistent with my collagen n P shakes over the weekend, as I was running fever. Getting better n started my p shake yesterday again. So in seven days of BB I took it for only three days. I drink PS but I don't like to drink it at all. No matter how I drink it or with what juice or smoothie I mix it I feel terrible when drinking it.
I'm still using MR n now a days I'm seeing little swelling. Can't say it's bcoz of luteal or MR would know better in my follicular abt it.
My iodine has arrived it j crows iodine 5% does anyone know how to take it coz it doesn't say anything on the bottle abt dosage.
I've to go for vacation in few days for abt ten days, so I might not b able to have my PS then, but would continue taking collagen n BB capsules.

I have arthritis on my fingers (developed after the car accident) so I dont massage a lot. What I used to do was massage, heat pad, it never gave me the swelling then I switched the routine to massage, pump, heat pad, the swelling stayed couple hours. Then one day, Emily's MR thread catched my eyes
I changed the routine again pump and MR, if I pump more than 5 hrs and applied MR, the swelling stays for 12 hrs. For someone has small breast tissue to work with, I think the suction/pumping is a must...
BTW, I think you can buy a cheaper version than NB or Brava on Amazon.
