Outofstyle's PM moon cycle

#51

Sooo I have found my diatomaceous earth!!!! So excited, moreso cause I want to get my pups eating it. They are my little babes.

Growth pains last night!! Awesome. I think it was the progesterone cream, probably put just a bit too much on because I had a weird motion feeling/troubling sleeping/ hot flashes all night long.

So anyways I've decided to say screw it to cycling, I am just going to apply progesterone cream every night, and take a PM in the morning and a PM at night one hour before putting the PC on. See how this goes. I have an IUD so I don't .... think ..... I need to cycle. IDK.

Fell off the wagon for a bit, but back on now!!! Bought some dried apricots for weight gain, and going to also be eating a banana a day as a weight gain snack. In the mornings I will be drinking my diatomaceous earth down with my whey protein. Makes it taste slightly less like dirt. I am one with the Earth with my DE Wink .

I've been eating a LOT of chocolate and sugar lately, so I bought some fruity flavoured tums (calcium) so I am just going to pop one of those whenever I have a sugar craving. 5 a day will get me my needed daily calcium intake.

Still have been experiencing growing pains, but they are very short-lived.
Gotta get back on the massage wagon so that I can see some growth!

I have been seeing fennel tea EVERYWHERE (stores, not internet) so I wonder if it is a sign that I should get some? I'd hate for it to make my PM less effective though. Maybe if I did it in the morning and PM at night.......

I think fennel tea would be good to add! I'm pretty sure I've read on here that fennel boosts progesterone, which re-sensitizes estrogen receptors, which would make your PM MORE effective, not less. I would try it, but when I tried fennel capsules they made me bloated and gassy. Blush

Oh dear lol I don't want to be bloated.... I smelt bulk fennel seeds and thought they smelt like pickles, but the teabags I saw smelt mintey.... I can't stand to buy another gross tea I have to force down lol.

I'm thinking I may want some maca now........ I said I wasn't going to buy more things but its hard to resist!

So I weighed myself today, hoping to see some weight gain, and to my surprise I LOST 3 pounds!!!! Friggy. Seriously??!!!! Ugh.

So today I got a small ice cap with extra cream, and for supper had a jelly filled donut, a chocolate cookie, and some kraft dinner with extra mozza cheese and bread crumbs baked on...... healthy, right?

It is so hard to gain weight while being healthy. Not sure what to do. I'm going to try a double portion of oatmeal in the morning, I am already eating dried apricots throughout the day, going to swig some olive oil both morning and night, start taking my fish oils again. What else can I do that is healthy? I almost bought some cheese bread but bread is soooo full of salt! Friggen difficult.

I guess I could do a banana a day but I really don't like them. I have already been taking a scoop of my whey protein each morning, apparently it hasn't been helping. Sigh......... There is nothing I dislike more than having to eat until I am uncomfortably stuffed.

Maybe try some grassfed animal fats and switch to BO. Trust me, you'll gain the weight!

Hmm okay thanks for the suggestion tibetan! Honestly, BO is the only thing I haven't looked into and I have no idea what it is, but I guess maybe I should do that!

Hey Outofstyle,

Why don't you invest in the Ensure milk? It helps me to bring me from the brink of skeleton (76 lbs to 90 lbs now). Each time I feel lazy to eat enuf for my body, I gulf down one extra can. It helps me more than the protein shake. I bought at Amazon - 16 cans for 19 dollars but then CVS sold for 23.95 but they give me 30%- 40% coupon every week. This week they have BoGo 50%. If you can't handle the Ensure milk, try the Orgain Organic Protein supplement milk. Rite Aid has it for sale 4 bottle for 6.99 dollars with 2 dollars reward back in your account.
Check out the slickdeals.net for sale stuf or additional coupons.

Thanks for the tip, V. I got some maca so I am hoping for now that that will do the trick, I'll keep that in mind and reevaluate in a month or two and maybe add it or something similar in.

So I bought some lecithin, great for the liver! And maca, which I am starting today. My cleanse finishes up today , yay finally!!! So I will be starting PM tomorrow!

I am still undecided if I only want to be on PM for my first half of cycle, or if I want to continue taking one pill during my second half while using PC. Decisions, decisions......

I have very high hopes for the maca!
