Hi there,

Why don't you get your hormones checked?
My periods were irregular and I got my hormones checked,
my testosterone level was high! I have slight hirsutism as well.
So angry that no one told me when I was in puberty!!!!!!
Now I have an A cup while everyone else is C/D.
The high testosterone def caused this

Second thing is hormones are created by cholesterol..
If you have a very low fat diet, like I had in my teens. That is NOT good!!
And final sugar messes up your whole body. Not fruit , but candies cookies sugary drinks.

Good luck

I am taking SP 2500 mg and it is def redused my facial hair, neck hair (yuck!)

Might just try that! I'm assuming I'm ok because I get my period every month (precisely 28-30 day long cycle), I have no issues. Only thing I have is excess facial hair on the sides of my face and a masculine physique, but that could be genetic and/or a slight androgen problem.
My periods are also extremely excruciatingly painful (so much that I vomit and crawl on all fours and scream from the pain) so that might be an indicator of something else, but not sure what it is. If someone here might know please do share Smile

Hmm it is not like every man likes a Kim K haha
You can try codliver oil for your periods.
It regulates heavy periods and irregular periods.

If you are screaming from the cramping during period, I think you can apply Progeterone cream. 10+ years ago, I came across some article and bought PC applied during the cramping pain, it helped a lot. It worked for me. My OBGYN doctor had no idea what's wrong with me. Anyway, I haven't gotten any cramping since I am on BO program.
