braless is better for breasts?

#11

I looooove going braless! I do it all the time now Smile

It can be a little uncomfortable since they bounce around when I walk and I get a little self conscious about the nipple thing every once in a while but I'm getting used to it.

My breasts are a little uneven so I'll report back if this makes a difference for me : ))

Love those bralettes too but they're hard to find in my size, and I'm not even big-breasted! Where did you buy yours Anastasia?

I buy a size 34C or 36B at walmart or get them from victoria's secret. At Victoria's Secret I get them in a 32D or 34C.

I wear a sports bra sometimes. Not the "good" kind with all the stretching and shaping, but the cheap, cutesy ones without cups that you can get at places like Walmart in any color and with cute lacy edgings. They kind of look like the top part of a girly tank top or like a boob tube with straps.

The lacy edgings are perfect to show off with shirts that have a deep neckline, too.
Plus, I can snug my boobs together and form cleavage that a regular bra just can't give me Big Grin

I think I'm an outlier, in that I'm very uncomfortable without a bra. For women with larger breasts, I think spending too much time braless might do more harm than good? I like the support of a bra, and even though I'm young I worry about the effects of gravity when not wearing one.

I even used to sleep in a bra, because otherwise I felt uncomfortable. Now I sleep either 1. braless, but in a top that has some soft of builtin "shelf" bra or 2. in a bra that's unwired and/or a bit loose, so that the girls can breathe, but still have support.

yes my breasts are large by measurement but proportional to my build even though my waist is small I am sure its not suitable for everyone some examples where women who are overweight or who have worn a bra too much already will have lost too much of the firmness for their breasts to support themselves if you want to try though as your young you could probably try not wearing one just around the house to see if it improves their natural support a bit.

I <3 going braless. I started a month or more back and my breasts have supported themselves wonderfully! They're not crippled by the damn bras anymore and I loooooooove the fabric against my nipples Blush

For nbe I've read it's best to wear a bra half the day and go braless for the other half cuz bras restrict your breasts keeping them from growing but they shape and support them, helping them develop a nice shape. They did have a boob specialist on some show once (I think there is a clip of it on YouTube. If I find it il post it) and she said it's best to wear the proper size and type of bra (as in wearing a sports bra when exercising) as much as possible because there isn't much holding up the breasts and the tissue is very sensitive so letting them bounce around freely can cause sagging and mess up the shape. If your going to go braless I would start doing chest exorcises and taking collagen and protein just for safe measures.

I find it uncomfortable to go braless. Not only are my headlighs showing but the bouncing hurts:/

i saw that but im not convinced at all she knows what shes talking about similar like most doctors dont believe in nbe it looks quite old and no evidence im trying this inspired by the new french study i think there was another too with similar results.
It hurts you? when i started i had a slight ache for the first day mine dont hurt at all now where even in a"correctly fitting' bra i feel very uncomfortable all day i dont think bras fit me well they never give me lift unless its crushing them into my chest im forever pulling it back into place all day.
Im not saying you need to not wear a bra i just feel its much more natural womens breasts are all different shapes bra or no bra and its working well for me.
I dont have headlighs problem though i dont know what this my breast are healthy is my nipples show through slightly but its not a bad thing its a natural thing.

It's the bouncing that hurts. I can sit around braless and prefer it but anything that causes bouncing like going up and down stairs or speed walking through the halls at uni lol.And I'm personally don't like having my nips showing. Dont mind anyone that does though
