So I am pretty sore from what I am assuming is growing pains. My question is should I take a break from noogling & massaging while these growing pains are going on or will stimulation only encourage more growth during this phase? I'm noticing that there is a definite time during the month that I get these pains so it must be the time I'm growing the most! Thanks in advance!

I would like to know this answer as well. I was feeling achy yesterday and didn't know if I should noogle or not. I just waited for it to go away.

I'm concerned it could be over pumping. I'm just using very light suction at the moment.

I would think that could be the reason, but I'm only getting sore for a few days. This happened last month too. I'm thinking there's a time during the month when I just start growing more. I pump the same but am not sore the rest of the month.

I would say soreness yes maybe to hard pumping. I pump mine until its really tight then let some air out for comfort. But I have noticed mine are more like aches and tingles that come and go. Sometimes they ache really bad but go away after a few minutes. Anytime I get aches I celebrate....

Hi, I'm using Brava, but still face same problems. What helped me a lot.
- Aloe vera gel from "Vital Care" during pumping and then afterwards few times a day. Any aloe gel will work, I think. just look for high percentage of it in ingridients.
- Sore nipples - my only relief is natural honey masks for 30 minutes. Sometimes, I even put it during pumping.

I just put on a head pad for 10 mins or so beforehand - not hurting at all!
