Side effects from NBE program?

#1

Hi I'm really new to all this. I hope someone can help me because I desperately want some boobs lol! I've been taking Bust Boom and Flax oil (1000mg 1x/day) for the padt 2 weeks. Last week though I find I'm developing a weird headache and almost dizzy-feeling. Any advice is welcome!

Hi Tsalagi82,

I took Breast Actives herbal pills which contains fenugreek, saw palmetto, fennel seed, etc. and got side effects including headaches, nausea, dizziness and constipation.

Since I'm on birth control pill I thought this was just too much oestrogen for my body and discontinued use.

You may be experiencing the same issue here, even if you are not taking the birth control pill if your body already produces enough oestrogen then too much of it gives side effects to some people. A lot of girls decide to stop the birth control pill for the same reason that they get headaches, nausea, etc.

I hope you find what is good for you.

I'm not on birth control, so nothing to worry about there. Do you take anything for NBE now?

It could boost a hormone too far. Like if you are estrogen dominant and it boosts your estrogen even further it can just be too much for your body. Like CharlotteDD said: you don't need to be on birth control to have too much estrogen in your body already.

It could also be a side effect from one of the ingredients. For example fenugreek can drop your blood sugar levels. There are other herbs that can increase your blood pressure or act as blood thinners.

Look at the ingredients list and read up on the herbs listed in them or check the main ingredients in wikipedia or google. Ingredients are usually listed from highest content to lowest content.
