So, with some of the herbs I took like Maca Root, I experiened pleasant effe cts. Some of the effects included healthier looking skin and hair and a lighter flowing period. Also, I had more energy and just felt all around better. But some of the negative effects I've had was gaining a bit of weight in the stomach, but not too badly. & Increased hunger. But if you do get super hungry, just eat a ton of fruits and veggies and healthy foods, it helps fill you up. (: I also gained weight in the thighs, but I don't consider that negative because I find thick thighs attractive! So everyone, what are negative and positive effects you've had from various herbs?
