Massage Causing Breakout on Stomach

#1

So lately I've been seeing red dots, not like full on pimples on acne, but just like dots on my stomach. I've been doing massages like the fat transfer massage and using coconut oil & cocoa butter lotion. They aren't super noticeable, but they still are bothering me. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yah, I got it too. I think if you leave the oil too long on the skin, it would happen. Maybe just few hrs later from the hand massage you use those facial wipe to clean it up the skin. I use Flax Oil + MR and it did leave me acnes (red spots first and it got bigger) at first then I start using facial wipes and it helps.

Ohh ok thank you! I've been using flax seed oil too, do you just squeeze it out of the pills or an actual oil? And what kind of facial wipes do you use?

I use actual Flax Oil. I bought those Facial Wipes from 4ever21. They have 3 different kinds ie Green Tea, Rose, Aloe I like to use. It is 2.80 dollars per 30 wipes. I use especially after applied the MR, after the heat sensation gone, I cleansed my boobies with that.

Since they're on your stomach and I don't see any reason to leave oil there, I would just take a cotton ball, soak it in apple cider vinegar and wipe your stomach down with it after you are done massaging. I have gotten two small red bumps between my breasts and I used apple cider vinegar on the bumps with a q-tip, cleared up in no time. I also use this method for cleaning my face every night before bed. It doesn't dry my skin out, but removes the make-up and oil. Apple cider vinegar is well known for it's weight loss/fat burning properties so I would not use it on breasts to be on the safe side.
