I tried using the tea, was consuming way too much honey to make the tea palatable to me... So now I'm using the capsules from Swanson.

What I take doesn't matter... You should figure out your own dosage... Just start with the recommended dose and ramp up only until whatever symptoms of excess androgens you're having go away. If they go away immediately, awesome!
