Cold breasts after pumping

#1

Hi all Smile

I'm noogling now for about 3 weeks but always after noogling my breasts feel cold Sad
The color is normal,no red dots or anything and I'm not pumping too hard.
I always thought that the noogleberry works mainly by increasing the blood flow and therefore I thought the breast should get warmer instead of cold?!

Has anyone also experienced something like that?
Or has anyone an idea what I can do to avoid that?

Best regards,
Janelana Smile

Try to pump a bit hard. I hope it will work for you. But don't need to for too hard.

Try putting some reusable hand warmers in your bra for about half an hour before you massage/ pump. This will warm up your breasts so hopefully they won't be so cold after noogling.

I've experienced that cold feeling.... and have always equated it to a disruption of the nerves in the skin.... kind of numbing them and a reduced blood flow to the skin.... which would make them cold....

i kinda wonder if the pressure from the rings is cutting off circulation.. even if there is more blood in the boob.. if it's not circulating it could get cold.. which seems kinda worrisome.. don't want to kill cells, you want to birth new ones, right..

heating them periodically would prolly b a good idea.. i remember someone once talking about noogling in the bath.. anyone remember that?

Guess you could use it just about any where as long as your not using an electric pump... thought about exercising while noogling.... defiantly increase blood flow....

yeah i remember someone saying they used to noogle on those vibrating plate exercise machines and that it worked really well for her..

I've noogled while jumping on my trampoline and liked that.. if nothing else the suction held my boobs firm way better than any bra while jumping..

omg, i think that reaally could be the reason!!
noogling in the bath helped last time, they haven't been cold after it but there was just a little swelling .. hope this will get better soon! Smile

I've found a way to stop this, I guess it's kinda like massaging while noogling? I call it 'shoogling' :L I put on the cup, activate the airlock then i take the cup in one hand and shake it from side to side and up and down, so my breast kinda flops around inside the dome haha. When I take it off there's also hardly any ringmarks, so I think it's helping me maintain good circulation throughout the suction. I've only been doing it for a week or so so I can't say what the log term effects are but so far it hasn't caused any harm.
