So I've been taking PM for about two months now--maybe more, but pretty inconsistently. I always gain inches in my butt when I take PM, and I don't really notice any tingling/soreness in my breasts at all. When I tried Red Clover, which I've read is 50/50 estrogen and progesterone, my butt got smaller. Now, adding in Fennel which I believe increases progesterone as well (?), my butt is shrinking again. Keep in mind I did not use PM with Red Clover, but I am using it with the Fennel.
I guess what I'm wondering is if progesterone is having a negative effect on my butt, is it also lowering the effects for breast growth? Things that increase prolactin tend to stimulate the most tingling feelings in my breasts for me. Should I take PM with something that increases prolactin other than Fennel? (I've tried Fenugreek and it caused horrible migraines for me, although I'm not 100% certain it wasn't the Red Clover causing that...)
Also, on a side note, does PM increase testosterone? I notice whenever I take it, I get more aggressive/moody/ and feel generally more boyish. When I took Red Clover, it made me feel super girly and happy. Just wondering. It would make sense if it raised testosterone, at least in me, because testosterone has some influence on butt growth and PM always causes butt growth for me?

Actually PM doesn´t increase your testosterone. Besides of being a powerful phytoestrogen, PM is a soft anti androgen.
Regarding your other question the answers is yes: Progesterone sadly plays a part in keeping fat off your butt.
Good luck !

But not your breasts! It's actually the opposite! P for the top and E for the bottom!

Whoa. I had no idea progesterone does this too. Can you point me to the source? I would like to learn more about this because my butts are already small as they are.

This is another part of why keeping a careful balance between progesterone and estrogen is soooooo important. Progesterone is more important to the breasts while estrogen is more important to the thighs, butt, and hips. If they're imbalanced, your body shape will be imbalanced.
And that's not to mention all the psychological and much more serious physical implications of imbalance.
The funny thing about this though is that even the slightest imbalance can cause massive body shape changes, imbalances that you wouldn't even really notice otherwise.

For the last couple months Ive been taking only PC until I counterbalance the estrogen dominance Ive got going on. I work up to about 50-60 (3 pumps) mgs a day.
What Im curious about is if progesterone keeps fat OFF your butt?? Cause mine has definitely gotten a little bigger... Maybe its just because my progesterone levels are more where they should be now?
Its research time again I suppose.

As Abi said, we need to achieve a perfect balance between progesterone and estrogen. (easier said than done
)
Are you sure that progesterone did you butt bigger ? Is this, the only explanation? Do you put on weight recently ? Water retention ?

Hey guys, so about this whole thing about progesterone keeping fat off the butt. So does anyone know if this means progesterone prevents fat gain in your butt and drives them to to your breasts instead? Or does it mean you can gain fat anywhere but your butt?
Perfect balance is difficult indeed. As of right now, the only thing I have to rely on is looking at the symptoms. Gonna get my basal thermometer soon to start tracking like Ginie did. Hopefully that will be more accurate.
