You should go by swiss standards on thyroid range numbers. US standards are bogus in hypo ranges and consider them normal! I don't know about Canada however.

Ill look into the Swiss standards for proper thyroids ranges. I know their standards for whats deemed acceptable as "food" is far better than the U.S. Thank you!

I just got my thytrophin! I am hoping to get some relief! I am so fatigued. I had to stop my BB Tonic as most of you know but I am taking the caps now so I am hoping to have some of the same success.


I am supposed to be starting cycle 12 today. I dont think itll come till tom.
measuring 35.5" still but my shape is a bit rounder. I'm hoping it sticks this time.

This formula works. I am so far pleased with BB in this form. I think its slightly more effective for me (since it has iodine for my sluggish thyroid), but both UB and BB work well taken this way. I also have skipped quite a few doses (on both UB &BB) because I sometimes took to much.

So my recommendation is 10 drops 3x daily or 15 2x daily for the first couple of months. I did it for 4 months and grew a little over a cup (UB) so this was a great dose to take it at.

Then ramp up to 40 drops daily divided by 2 or 3 doses. If you feel you need to ramp up from there, wait at least a month before doing so. Because it will mysteriously catch up with you If you take too much, you'll start to ache significantly and its painful. So be sure to skip a dose and drop it down right away. Shake contents well before dropping and take on an empty stomach or before meals ALWAYS.

Finally the menses came! I am starting cycle *12
I guess this will be BB's 2 month mark

I still have some BB tonic left if anyone is interested. My measurement held 35.5" They are still rounded and I feel like 3 days ago they started deflating which is weird. I would imagine today would have been that day. Its normally how I tell when I'm going to start my period.
