I have noticed a light blue-ish tinted circle around my areola. I researched it, and all of the articles were about pregnancy signs and that it's something you notice in the first stages of pregnancy! Well I can't be pregnant, but since RMR mimics the sound of a baby crying and is supposedly supposed to make your breasts produce milk, could that be what's causing it? Has anyone else experienced this?

And also my areolas are dry and starting to flake a little bit! I use flaxseed oil to massage though..?

You also said you were using the marmet hand expression technique in the other thread so it is likely. I would watch out for any signs of fluids coming out of your nipples. Sorry for my lack of information. Hope this helps

Oh yikes. I think this pregnancy stuff is a little too intense for me. I've almost cured my dry areolas with olive oil and by stopping the RMR. I think I might still try the marmet technique.
