Breast Tissue Migration

If you're looking for some 34AA bras, Lula Lu Petite Lingerie has a few.

You can find them at: http://www.lulalu.com/

Another alternative is to use a bra back extender to make your 32 bands a bit longer.

Just wondering if a push up bra would prevent breast tissue migration by keeping them squished together all day. Perhaps wearing a push up bra using the swoop and scoop method is the way to go?
Thank you girls for any feedback!

According to the blogger at VenusianGlow.com, padded push-up bras (the kind with the bump of padding at the bottom) can actually contribute to creating "armpit rolls" and to distorting the shape of the breasts. She actually recommends wearing a well-fitting soft cup bra to encourage tissue “remigration.”

Haha. I guess I deserved that.

I wish those bras were something I could actually think about. But I gotta stick to a Wal-Mart budget.

The extenders are an idea I probably ought to think about. Looks like those are something I'll find in a crafts store? I'd need black, nude, and white. The particular one you linked only comes in nude and white.

Would I find them in, say, Michael's? Or Hobby Lobby? Or shoot, the crafts department of Wal-Mart?

My guess is that you'd probably find them in stores that sell sewing supplies (like Joann's) or that have a sewing supplies department (even though I presume that no sewing is required and they just hook on to your existing bra hooks - I've never actually used an extender myself but heard about them from other women). Also, stores they sell bras may have them. They can also be purchased through Amazon.

I totally thing this is real. I'm a 32DD - 32DDD at VS depending on where I am in my cycle. When I'm not wearing a bra, I have no armpit fat. That area is simply part of my bust. Once I put on one of my bras, they squeeze out that part of my bust. I now try to tuck in the armpit fat multiple times a day or wear my full coverage granny bra because it encases my entire bust.

Once I tuck in the "armpit fat" into my bras, I usually get too big for my DD and DDDs. It is very important to do the "scoop and swoop", especially if you want your boobs to grow.

I thought I would post a link to another "before and after."

This is Marta "before," then after two months of wearing a correctly fitting bra (scroll down the page for the "uncensored" version of the photos):

If you're interested in reading about Marta's journey from the beginning, start here (this is the last post in the series and the posts are in reverse order, so you have to work your way back):

Hey, abidrew! You could also sew your bras tighter. That's what i did, because i couldn't afford buying the right ones or couldn't find the right size. It's not complicated, just practice with an old bra.

Uhm. That's kinda the opposite of what I need? I need the cups of a 32A, but the band of a 34.
