timarie's must-increase-my-bust program

#51

What a great thread!

I'm a former body builder (only made it to figure) and have always had a small bust and am starting about the same measurements as you. I also want to build and maintain muscle, but more naturally, as my show shape was unsustainable, and quite frankly, not very sexy! I'm excited to follow you and see your results!

Question though, is the placenta absolutely necessary to ingest? Is there a way to supplement this maybe topically or with something else? It just doesn't fit into my dietary restrictions. But otherwise, I will be looking to start a program like yours soon! Thanks for such detailed information-- you rock!

Oh, myyyyy goodness! I fell behind on my other thread, and on this one even more! My greatest apologies to those who posted and asked questions. I will respond as soon as possible!

As for me and my program:
I will be honest and come right out and say it. As much as I love pig placenta, it is the damnest hardest thing to incorporate into my program. Well, that and the fish collagen. They both tie for first place. Fish collagen because it is best taken on an empty stomach and I have a diet in which I eat every 2-3 hours (which DOES NOT allow my stomach to ever go empty, really), so this quickly dropped out of my diet. And why the pig placenta? Well, the Maruman I loved but as Rakuten only sells bottles a month before they expire, I could not purchase them in bulk, and the shipping and handling costs with Rakuten got old fast (as well as having to go to my post office every month, and I hate the service--or lack therof-- at my post office!). So, I bought the Otsuka Placenta Jelly from Rakuten once to give it a try, liked it, but decided I would only continue to purchase it from a website called iMomoko which has free shipping and handling if you purchase a certain amount in bulk and ships within the USA. However, they said they would restock and they never did! This was a couple months ago. So I bought another Pig Placenta Jelly from another brand from that website instead, but unfortunately with the way it was advertised as having two different flavors, it was not obvious that the one flavor actually contained no pig placenta, so only 2 of the 5 boxes I bought had pig placenta. This brand, for those who are curious, is called Asahi. If you ever see it in your shopping around, the grapefruit flavor has the pig placenta, and the peach is only collagen skin ingredients.

So, as I have mentioned quite frequently, I get overwhelmed very easily and well, this did it. I am sorry to everyone! I was just, pissed, that I spent all that money and was under the impression that iMokoko would sell the Otsuka again, but didn't. Purchasing pig placenta is not easy, in my experience. So, I took a cycle-long break. After my Luteal Phase last month, I stopped taking everything throughout my Follicular Phase and the following Luteal Phase (which I will be finishing in a day or two, and will resume at the beginning of my next Follicular Phase). I will stick to snoogling again as well, will be cutting out the other massages for now (to avoid overwhelming myself), and will settle to taking my collagen before bed at night with my slow-digesting protein (figure if I am going to take collagen with food in my stomach, it will be best to take it with something that digests slowly so the collagen will more likely be utilized). I will also stick to the Fenugreek and will eventually fade out my multi-herb capsules. I LOVE FENUGREEK not only because of what I have read about it, but from my obvious libido boost which I have never had before! I cannot wait to start up on it again!!!

Hi Lora!

I was using (note that I do not anymore because I became seriously lactose intolerant from consuming so much lactose on a regular basis, so I have made a practice to cut lactose out of my regularly consumed foods... thus, I had to replace the syntha-6 with Hydro whey) Syntha-6, but I imagine Syntha-6 Isolate will taste just as good. The quality of Isolate is always better as it is more refined, but it is also more expensive as you may have noticed. See here: http://www.2buildmusclefast.com/2011/04/...otein.html.

As for the collagen, I use the first of the three links. And, I may be wrong, but the product on the second link looks like it is the same as the first only that it is in a different bottle (NeoCell does that sometimes!). Check the ingredients label, but it looks the same to me! The third link is collagen made from cow, or bovine collagen. There should be nothing wrong with this, but from what I understand, Chiyomilk and Ginie both took marine (fish) collagen and the Japanese use the fish collagen in all of their beauty products because it is "more pure" as I remember reading somewhere--sorry I do not recall where at the moment!

Hi again, Lora...

As I mentioned above, I took a cycle-long break; therefore, I stopped it. But I just resumed today. I am still using the Asahi brand that I bought. I loved the pig placenta because I really like the idea of glandular therapy and it was the only thing I was taking at the time that I noticed the most change (set aside the collagen and the MSM, which they say takes months before you can see the effects of which anyway). Although I have no proof that it is an integral part of my routine, a little feeling in my gut tells me it is!

If your religion and belief is not to consume any form of pig, then by all means, don't. That is the beauty of NBE. There are many different options from which you can choose. As you mentioned above, you can take sheep placenta or cow placenta (otherwise known as bovine ovary). I was considering bovine ovary before but decided to go with pig placenta mainly because there are less negative side effects with the pig placenta, AND the Japanese use pig placenta for beautiful skin as well. A win-win in my opinion. I do not know much about the sheep placenta, so maybe that is something that you can look into. I just recall reading somewhere (I believe it was Ginie) that the Japanese use pig placenta because the pig is most compatible with the human body (which is probably why there are no negative side effects).

And I apologize as I don't think I have mentioned the brand of Fenugreek that I use! I use Nature's Way Fenugreek. As for my PM, you can see on my first page that I use Suplife. When I hit a plateau, I may try Ainterol for the sake of 1) increasing the amount of PM per dose and 2) decreasing cost. The price of all these things has.... gotten to me!! Angry

As far as method for circulation, I have seen over and over again that people say you MUST massage! So, there must be some truth to that Wink I personally tried the Chi Massage back before I started my program and noticed a lot of swelling from it-- more than I have ever had during my Luteal Phase (and yes, it is important to note that the swelling occurred during my Luteal Phases). But, my chest still remained pretty full during my Follicular Phases. So, I would recommend the Chi Massage, however, it is monotonous and boring and KILLS your arms. Maybe now that I am doing workouts for my arms, it will hurt me less? As for the Brava System, I did my research on it and it seemed promising, but I figured there was a lot of good results seen by people with the Noogleberry too and it is a LOT less expensive, so better for me to have a cheap screw up than an expensive screw up, right? So far, I have loved the results of my NB. You just need to get the hang of it and know what works best for you. I snoogle, and that works best for me. I have two airlocks so I don't have the frustration of pumping both of the cups at the same time. I also use cocoa butter moisturizing gel by Palmer's to help with keeping suction around my breast, and a sports bra with holes cut out to also hold my cups in place (not sure how necessary this is, but I like it!). I also have a coffee cup lid inside each of my cups so that the suction of the NB pulls less at my nipple. All these things make my NB experience a positive one, but I really didn't like the NB all that much before I found what works for me. You just need to find what works for you! And I really think that the idea of tissue expansion makes using the NB (or the Brava, if you choose) a necessary component to my program, because massage is just good for circulation... the NB and the Brava are good for circulation AND tissue expansion. Another win-win!
