I have decided to go for the seggiano's honey as the free delivery would not work for me on Amazon. lol

Fingers crossed it works and good luck with your journey Smile

Ahh good luck! I hope it works good for you, and we'll be starting our journeys on similar times since our respective Honey's are in the post!Wink

Thanks for posting it, however i think those pictures aren't really comparable. The first picture is a bit dark, the second is okay and the third is not sharp.

I got a new one for you,

Note that the first picture was 2 years ago, in 2011. I looked alot different there, i was fatter and had long hair, but this is really me Tongue
The second picture was taken few hours ago.
I think in this pic the amount of light is comparable with eachother.

Hope this one is better!
Good luck ya all! Wink

I can definitely see great progress. Great job, and keep it up.

Hii,

Your skin seems to be quite different in colour on each picture in the new one. However, there seems to be a lot of light going into both eyes on both pics, and had you had your eyes as it is now in the old pic, i think it would have showed as lighter. Perhaps take a pic a little further away in darker light?Smile

From Dark/Medium brown, you've definitely noticed you can see your iris/pupils more, and the outside is now a quite ambery/brown if i am not mistaken?

Smile Impressive progress still.

I'm getting my honey delivered soon. If i can ask, do you put a teaspoon of honey and two teaspoons of distilled water?

Smile What's your process ect.

Thanks!

Hi there!

I was wondering if you could update us on your progress? You went from a very very dark Brown to medium-brown with a little bit of light-brown if I am not mistaken – how’s It going?
I also had a quick question I am asking everyone so I know/can add it to my research. What does one part honey to one part water mean?
Does it mean I put in one spoon of honey into one spoon of water? Won’t that be extremely thick?

I am a little bit confused now guys.

A lot of people are saying honey can't pass through the Cornea of your eyes as it's designed to act as a filter and protect the Iris.

However, what they miss is that it isn't the sticky honey and large molecules in the honey we care about, it's the 1mmol safe hydrogen peroxide entering the eyes - coincidentally honey produces this safe small ammount.

Now i want to know if hydrogen peroxide can actually pass into the iris?

I absolutely agree that honey can't, but it's not the honey we care about, it's the dilution of the honey with our tears/skin to produce the hydrogen peroxide.

Clearly, so many people testify it has lightened their eyes, so it is clearly doing something with the pigment, so the hydrogen peroxide which is a small molecule should be able to pass through the Cornea.

It's only h202, so a small molecule.

If it can pass through the Cornea, this process can indeed work. People with jet-black eyes have noticed it lightening, not one but many many individuals.

A lot of people say 'your eyes are the same from birth and can't change colour'. Your eyes can indeed lighten naturally with age - not all of us though:

Source:http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/tech/columnist/aprilholladay/2004-10-08-wonderquest_x.htm

"How and why eye color changes
Pigment in the stroma (the connective tissue of the front layer of the iris) gives the iris color. Iris color can lighten if the number of pigment granules in the stroma decreases or if the granules produce lighter pigment. (See figure.) The iris can also lose color if the stroma pigment degrades.
Eyes, unlike skin and hair, do not synthesize color pigment continuously. Instead, eyes retain the pigment granules and accumulate them in the iris stroma. So, if the pigment degrades, the eye color lightens.
Likewise, eyes can darken if the number of pigment granules increase or if the granules make darker pigment."

Theoretically, if you could degrade a pigment yourself in a safe-controlled manner, it could work.

Infact, i think it doesn't catch on because commercially, to use safe ammounts in the eye i.e 1ppm/mol of hydrogen peroxide, it takes months and months for it to do it's work, and on top of the skepticism about eye-lightening, probably hasn't been subjected to tests. If you used strong lasers you could damadge the eye.

So the key here is using safe controlled ammounts gradually.

The big question is, can the hydrogen peroxide get into the Iris? If so - and i see no other explanation for the success so many have had together , not just one individual- it is promising indeed.

My eyes are now med brown mixed with light brown. This is the first week I have received compliments mainly from my husband. He is amazed Smile so far I have not taken a break I'm wondering is it time for a few days of rest...

How's your journey going now?

To everyone else, unless there is another chemical in honey, it must be the small release of hydrogen peroxide, which i argue - unless i'm wrong- is small enough to permeate through the cornea, into the upper-pigment of the Iris, depigmenting them very slowly, and very gradually because raw-organic honey releases it in these small quantities, when diluted and when it comes into contact with skin and such. But the quantity is discernable.

So many a very very small ammount of pigment is depigmented every day.

There is an eye-drop that has been medically 100% certified to be able to DARKEN eyes in some people. This is because it promotes the Iris to produce Melanin, often resulting in permanently darker eyes.

The chemicals in the eye drops are definitely the same size or bigger than hydrogen Peroxide, so i do not see how the hydrogen peroxide is not going to get through the Cornea.

So in the same token, why can't a melanin inhibitor promote the Iris pigment to have the opposite or similar effect? Is there an evil curse on humanity that say even if something is scientifically sound, it won't happen because it's too good to be true and sellers of coloured contacts might lose profits?

Wink

If anyone tells you nothing can change eye colour, pull up this example - even if it's the opposite.

Still puzzled about the h202 going through our Cornea. All i know is that something actually works with this process.
More testimonails:

"Hey everybody. Ive been triing honey eye drops for a month now and let me tell you its amazing. Of course I did Alot of research before attempting anything like this. I use to have really dark brown eyes. They looked black as a matter of fact. Now I have regular brown eyes. I plan on sticking to the drops for another 5 months. Not only is it changing my eye color but it also helped my vision. I no longer need my glasses and it has given me an amazing glow in my eyes. They look shiny and new. And yes it does sting but the stinging feels less everytime you use it and its not a huge sting. Its just. A sting. Haha. Well if you have any questions feel free to ask. Smile"

"Actually, it does work..although, I was born with green eyes because of my dad’s genes and then they went brown as I grew older but since I came across this topic I’ve decided to give it a try for fun and lo’ and behold it has been two days that I have been mixing honey, water and lemon juice and my eyes are now getting much lighter like hazel so I’ll keep applying this method just until I get back my natural eyes –cheers lol"

http://hudabeauty.com/2013/02/17/can-hon...-for-real/

"When I started off 4 weeks ago I used less honey because I was scared of how much it would sting. But I added more till I was uncomfortable with the amount I was going to mix. However even with the amount I use, I can see a dramatic change. My eyes were really dark brown and now they are a few shades above hazel.. I use the drops as much as I can (once every hour of every day, when I can be bothered) but I’ve had a few breaks in between due to laziness. Process works. 100% but don’t use undisputed honey straight away as you don’t know how it may affect your eye. Hope this helps Smile"

"doing it 2 months. had a break 2 weeks ago but doing it again. I had brown eyes not dark brown but now i can see that i a have brown/yellow eyes. I’m very happy. hope i get green eyes haha"

Hey,

I'm really sad i don't have any clear photo's of my eye few years ago, i got some of my face but the quality is pretty crappy if you zoom in to the eye it will end up in big pixels.

WHY DIDN'T I TOOK SOME BEFORE THIS JOURNEY Sad

However i found some pictures to compare then and now. Please note that these are all pictures from 2 years ago, they aren't really good quality. Also some pics are taken outside, and some inside and some in front of a window. It's not really a big change, but it's something Smile

I'm still convinced that this lightning might has nothing to do with honey, maybe a little bit. I think the honey clears the eye, and make it look very shiny and bright. But for me it might be something genetic. (???)

I think for me it is really a matter of time. I will keep you updated but i think that it might take months before i can really post pictures with differences between now and then.

Keep going! Smile You are all great.

oh btw i'm pretty curious about if the hydrogen peroxide can really go through the eye or if this is nonsense, this will explain alot about the lightning.

-Matthijs

Oh if you want the good quality pic, message me. It is 1.16 mb which is too big Sad so i had to resize it

Great news guys. Here is a research – solid research – take on honey’s ability to pass through the cornea into the eyes. The truth is, not all of the honey will pass. I believe the diluted honey’s hydrogen peroxide and flavonoids can pass! Here is my evidence that some compounds can indeed pass as far as the lense of the eye! So the Iris will surely be hit. This explains why so many people noticed lighter eyes, especially from pitch black to med/light brown. It is permeating!

“In the Journal of the American Apitherapy Society, Dr. Mamdouh AbulRhman, professor of paediatrics in the Faculty of Medicine at Ain Shams University
in Egypt described how he successfully treated cornea ulcer with honey in
just a few weeks after antibiotics, antiviral agents and corticosteroids
failed for 7 months.

"One researcher believes that flavonoids present in healing honey have the
necessary properties to access the eyes lens. Along with healing honey its
antioxidant and osmotic properties it will heal the eye thus improving your
sight and curing eye infections.

Dr Golichev recommended vitamin intake and diluted honey to treat cortical
and incipient senile cataracts after a study with 108 patients in Russia.
Visual acuity was maintained in 80% of 2492 patients presenting incipient
cataracts treated with honey!"

Using 20% honey solution eye drops in patients with dry eye syndrome.

Vol. 46 (4) pp. 232-235

The purpose of this work was to investigate the effect of 20% honey solution eye drops on human patients with dry eye syndrome. Thirty six patients (72 eyes) of mean age 44.7 years old were examined. Investigations were carried out before and after the treatment. Nineteen patients were treated with 20% honey solution eye drops three times a day, and 17 patients were treated with artificial tears three times a day as a control. After treatment with the honey eye drops, improvement of ocular changes was observed in most of the patients compared to the control treatment b. We also found a positive effect of the honey eye drops on the state of the cornea.

OMG OMG OMG! NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

Now I wish I actually had the money for this! I have some seriously high IOP - pre-glaucoma. I mean. The doctors don't get why I don't already HAVE glaucoma. It's that bad.

Cataracts are just really REALLY REALLLLLLLLY bad glaucoma! Soooooooo.... WOW!

Lighten my eyes and fix my high IOP? Where do I sign up lol?

Actually this was another part of my hesitancy... Just in case it might have had the INVERSE effect... I wouldn't have wanted to do anything that could have had the potential to make my high IOP turn into glaucoma.

Hi,
I had to post this asap to you. Since you have a medical condition, please see your doctor and discuss with him this finding before you attempt anything. It is really important I remind you of this! The research I have collected is indeed from a proper source, but you are best advised to see a doctor first!
If your doctor gives you the all-clear and only if, the process is very cheap. It costs £10 for the honey and £1-2 for the dropper. That will last the for atleast a 6months-1 year.
