ok. so I started it yesterday at night and I took some pics of my eyes this morning so I can see how it changes through time.

I tried to make the pictures as similar as reality but they came out kinda blurry without the flash.

Right eye

Left eye

Also, I took a pic with the flash and it looks awesome. You can really see some green down there xD I really hope some day they will look like that without the flash Smile

I tried to make a video about it but i start recording and I just don't know what to say. Looks really bad xP Never thought it was so difficult

I'm really excited about this
I purchased the honey and the distilled water to start today Tongue
Now plz tell me how to mix the perfect formula .. and is it necessary to add lemon and msm ?

Hii,

I recommend you - if you have not already, to read the last five to ten pages of this thread. This is highly recommended as it contains a lot of important research and information.

1. Is your honey raw and unpasturised, and not out in the sun?
2. Your water is distilled - so good!

1. Do not boil the honey or water. Make sure you only heat it up gently, maybe to room temperature or as low as you can possible heat it, the lower the better.

2. I presented research a few pages back showing that the dilution process is absolutely key for this process to happen. The P.H of honey naturally means the enzyme glucose oxidase can not produce hydrogen peroxide in small quantities. It must be diluted.

+ The goldilocks ammount would be a 1:1.5 in my own personal view.

You also need to factor in the fact that your eyes will dilute the honey further.

So you're trying to get in enough honey, without making it too concentrated.

As you're starting off, for the first week atleast to 'ease' your way in, maybe a 1:2 honey water dilution ratio - that's what i'll start off with.

But ask the others!

I wish you the best of luck, read everything presented if you have not done already and patience! I hope it works for you.

Strength and honour.

EDIT: MSM drops make your eye's more permeable BUT i don't know if it will help, or be dangerous. I have heard people say it darkens your eyes, some others who claim it works. I personally will just , for the initial month or two, use the honey/water mix.

I am not sure about lemon.

thank u so much that's really helpful
and yeah my honey is raw 100% and not pausturized I know that because it's made in our farm Tongue
i'm trying to read throughout the thread and get as much informations
I wish u all the best of luck

Hii,

I know the second pic is a bit blurry, but even then you can make out that the eye on the right is clearly lighter.

Is it possible to take another pic of you as you are now? It would be amazing to have a camera as good as you take a brilliant before and after pic in similar lightings.

Keep up the good work and good progress! Could you go into more depth about your colour change? How did it transition and so on?Smile

You have beautiful eyes as it is, but very good luck with this process. My honey arrives on monday so i'll join you guys then.

I can definitely see green in your eyes on flash by the way.

It's good you're documenting this well.

lee96,

What kind of honey are you using?

Wow nice results !
It kinda suprised that the outer ring was visible before the honey and less visible after the honey drops. In both of the cases on this page.

Do some people also experience this?

My progress is still going good. I started off with extremely dark brown almost black eyes. My eyes have lightened but in pictures they still look dark. LOL I will post images when you'll be able to see the drastic change of color in my images.

How is your journey coming along?
