You need to clear out some of your private messages, that's what I was advised when I tried to message you. So, once you delete some of your private messages then your inbox should be okay, and you should be able to send/receive messages.

I'm going to try doing this. My dad and everyone in his family has dark brown eyes, but my mom and everyone in famiy has light blue eyes. My mom actually has beautiful blue eyes with yellow-ish tint around the pupil. Makes them look kind of green-ish.

I've always thought of my eyes as dark brown ( i think they were darker when i was little ) and they look dark brown indoors, but recently i've noticed that they are kind of medium brown with green rings in light places. They look dark brown in normal light, but in sunlight and light places they look a lot lighter.

soo, i live in northern europe, so i can't buy any New Zealand honey that has more hydrogen peroxide. We can buy natural honey like wildflower, forest flower, meadow flower, buckwheat flower , linden (lime) flower honey, so i don't know which has the most amount of hydrogen peroxide, so i'm gonna use wildflower honey.

I've taken photos in different lights, so i can compare results. One with flashlight, one in light and one in normal light.

You have beautiful eyes - i can definitely see the 'green' in them. They are pretty light around the outside.

I live in europe too, i got raw-honey-dew honey. You can use wild-flower if you like (change honey if it doesn't work though). Make sure it's raw, unprocessed and so on.

And great photo's. I've only used the eye drops on eye one, so i can compare one to the other!

BTW, about the honey reaction, make sure you get it checked by a doctor. I know you don't think your allergic, but just double check.

If you aren't, obviously proceed this process with caution. I presented research about the benifits of honey in the eyes, when diluted, so then it will be up to you.

Or why not do what i've done, and do a test three drop ? I've done three drops in my right eye and won't do anymore until 24 hours to see the reaction.

Ooh, so how many shades lighter would you say, and in how many months?

I would say about 2-3 shades, starting from a very dark brown color, almost pitch black. I've been lightening for 7 months, its a very slow process for me though. My genes are very dominant, it seems. LOL

wow! 2-3 shades is still pretty impressive, no doubts about that. If i can get 2-3 shades, i'll be over the moon tbh.

I think brown eyes , where you can see the pupil more than before is beautiful.

My eye-sight has also become a lot sharper.

Yeah then my eyes tear up and it stops stinging after a bit. I think improved vision could be sign that the honey is diffusing into the eyes. Not sure how it improves vision though

How long are you guys keeping your mixtures, before throwing it out and making a new batch?

For those noticing sharper eye-sight and eyes feeling 'less heavy' and more 'slick' to put it into some sort of words, here's why according to one doctor/researcher. Obviously consult your own doctor to double check.

"The purpose of this work was to investigate the effect of 20% honey solution eye drops on human patients with dry eye syndrome. Thirty six patients (72 eyes) of mean age 44.7 years old were examined. Investigations were carried out before and after the treatment. Nineteen patients were treated with 20% honey solution eye drops three times a day, and 17 patients were treated with artificial tears three times a day as a control. After treatment with the honey eye drops, improvement of ocular changes was observed in most of the patients compared to the control treatment b. We also found a positive effect of the honey eye drops on the state of the cornea."

About how long to keep your mixture, i'd say a week and two at most. I'm making a new batch next week.

A week. I've only just started this process for a day, but one week seems about the right time.
