		So i came across an article about pm (the ultimate pm guide)  in that pdf it daid pm helps store calcium?  Couldn't that be bad. i have read so much about how magnesium balances out calcium and I'm just putting the 2 together now.  if taking pm without a magnesium to balance the calcium storage that could ultimately cause health issues. like breast calification, blood clotts in legs, magnesium deficiencies (which then can caude estrogen dom.) This and a few other studies say PM is good for preventing menopause bone loss.  Probably because estrogen is involved in bone formation.
