high great girls,
i made this new thread after i've nearly finished my search about all the information i need to know about pm and Chiyomilk Routine .
with the help of those great girls ( gordysbabe, Shampoo, loverstilly, CancerStrikes2, AbiDrew85, timarie ) i've got very valuable information that makes me ready to start my journey , so i ordered my stuff from amazon and i'll receive it so soon.
i'll but here all the information i 've got and all of brands i'm using and my progress .
hoping that could help any girl searching for answers like me .

ok this is my status
28 years old
breast size : 32A or may be 30A i don't actually know, but i'm the smallest flat breasts that could ever been exist, thinking it's genetic and i'm not sure in such case can anything work for me or not .
162cm hight
i was 47 kg but happily i gain one and half kg so i'm 48.5kg now
(i knew that i should gain weight from loverstilly as she said ( you're underweight as your BMI is only 17.9. Celebrities with nice natural boobs (Katy Perry, Scarlett Johansson etc) all have BMI of about 21.0. I would think that some healthy weight gain (from eating clean) would do your program some good.
Even for herbal enhancement from boost your bust and flat2fab programs recommend that you start the program with a minimum of 20.0 BMI.))
so i'm aiming to reach 53kg by increasing my calories and adding whey protein to my diet
i tried bountiful breast caps for 7 months with no result at all .
i think that my testosterone is high as i've so much hair in my body and i think too that my progesterone is low as my period is so painful .
so i'll add saw palmetto as anti testosterone and vitex to increase progesterone .
but i've question here, i'm not sure of the proper time to take vitex , is it in the follicular phase or luteal phase ? i think it's like pm, it should be in the follicular phase, isn't it ?

facts my routine will be based on .
1. for any breast enlargement program it's recommended that you start the program with a minimum of 20.0 BMI.
2. minimizing the nervous stress .
3. increasing the feminine hormone, in the follicular phase
progesterone: with vitex and it's recommended to take 1000mg vit c and 1000mg vit E for a good body production of progesterone .
estrogen : by Pueraria Mirifica and fenugreek for now ( later i'll add multi herbal caps )
decreasing testosterone by saw palmetto,
saw palmetto not just decrease testosterone but also enlarge wasted organs, as the breasts, ovaries when atrophied.
may be increasing growth hormone too,but it's not very healthy to do this as increasing growth hormone in adults may induce diabetes .
4. pm atomizer for now,
and later progesterone cream
5. i'll add noogleberry later and use it with flaxseed oil .
6. multi herbal caps for the luteal phase, once i know a good brand, if anyone here knows a good one please tell me , i'm thinking about bust boom . what do you think girls ?
7. whey protein, collagen and hyaluronic acid .
am i missing something important ?

things i've just received from amazon and i'll begin my program with
1. ainterol pure-d 500r1 Pueraria Mirifica.
2. ainterol atomizer .
( i think that siriporn and purafem is good brands too )
3.whey protein gold stranded from optimum nutriton .
4. hyaluronic acid and biocell collagen from doctor's best .
5. NeoCell Super Collagen Type I & III + Vitamin C
i should buy the fish collagen as it's highly absorbed and Chiyomilk used it in its routine but i found this type has a very low molecular weight too so i choose it .
6. calcium 1200mg plus vit d3 1000iu form sundown naturals .
(we should take calcium with Pueraria Mirifica, its recommended )
7. saw palmetto 160mg from now .
8. fenugreek from swanson premium brands , (not very good in appearance )
9. flaxseed oil from swanson EFAs .
10. MSM with 1000mg vitc from emergen-c
11. vitex from now.
12. sheep placenta by Nu-Health .

Wow! I'd like to tune in to your program
I am the same age as you are but turning 29 soon, 5'1 of height, my weight now plays around 103-105-107 lbs i was soo skinny before nbe 3 months ago like 95 lbs. Only, I have gone 2 pregnancies and after bfeed'ing my 2nd one my breasts depleted to a 30AA (super flat!!) not that they were huge prepregnancy but i was a small cupB then. My program is similar with yours only that i dont take placenta and saw palmetto and use atomizer. With saw, i dunno, maybe i was taking it over to the limit. I used to take 3x a day, roughly like around 1,200 mg a day that it made me nauseous and dizzy, i stopped and never put it back into my routine. I take Vitex 500mg in the morning (as they say it does make you active) on my 15th-22nd day of cycle (luteal) and put on a pea size prog cream one time a day during luteal as well. I notice that the pc helps me fall asleep on time and the pm helps to not disrupt it. As i had a pretty bad case of insomia. I never had my hormones checked but i took that test online and i might have low estrogen, low progesterone and estrogen dominancy. i just had my thyroid tested and it is doing fine. I also noogle and massage with flax. So far, from AA, i sometimes am a good A, at times a small B. I like my body now than before doing nbe. I was sooo depressed before i found this site and im ever thankful for finding it. And yes, thankful as well to AbiDrew, timarie, tibetan princess, Anastasia, and all the people who have been sefless helping out. i never posted my program as i am only on my 3rd month of nbe and still doing lotsa lotsa research on here and over the www. right now, im on stop with my noogle and massage routines as i got pretty much busy lately. Oh and one more thing, i stop tsking protein supplements as they really make me sick. I tried so many kind with sugar or without but they really make me puke ;( so i just try to eat more proteins in my food
