I am now day 12 *Cycle 13

I have noticed follicular phase is running a day or two behind as this is the second day of the follicular river flowing. Its usually earlier than this. I guess i am low in E? Is it taking too long to produce the amount needed for the for ovulation?

I am supplementing very low PM like 160mg's here??? Or may be its too much and delaying luteal???

I guess I will keep experimenting. I am no longer using PM topical cream. I think it will be too much with even a low dose of PM.

I am 102lbs! I can't believe it!!! I dropped 4 lbs within a week of taking Dr. Ron's thyroid formula, maybe this is actually helping me????
So many questions, I have also dropped the thytrophin for now. I think its good stuff but just not wanting to take tabs right now. Face is still puffing up. I also did a liver flush #3! I forgot to mention 10 days ago, so maybe my liver is still flushing and I am absorbing and converting t hormones.

Second day of pump and hold 2 hr session. I am amazed at the swelling. I wish I was this size!

About an estimated week before the menses are due (should be 5 but I had a slightly longer Foll. cycle)


I didnt follow through with pumping 2 hours daily. Strangely, my breasts seemed smaller! So I stopped. They inflated again. What on earth does that mean??? I see this happens sometimes. I think this is WHY I dont pump and hold daily, I only managed to do it for four days.


So I have been taking PM drops at a very stupid low dose once daily like 160-240mg Only because I am very low in estrogen. I just wanted the skin and hair benefits. I don't think I will be upping the dose as I don't want to knock of my thyroid function nor stall from interfering with BB dosing. Im already with a longer follicular phase ( tsk tsk I know better). I haven't noticed anything different but its only the first cycle.

I upped my dose slightly 20 to 25 drops daily (BB). If anyone wants to buy some of my tinct. just let me know, I had made too much, I wont be on this stuff much longer as my year is coming up and Im near my goal. Besides, I want to try a full on PM program! Cant wait for that!

Other than that, areolas are darkened again and my veins poppeth up again! It happened on those days of pumping and holding for two hours, its like it likes luteal phase and then hides during foll. Noticed the breasts are hot like biscuits often now( for the past 3 months) about the time I have been on BB!

Here's some crazy swelling! Six months later! days after pumping of course.
Time for a new collision bra! I am technically bouncing between 65D-E! Can you tell? Now I can tell! Breasts in comparison to the bra cup is noticeably bigger as well as the straps had to give. I am 10-11 months on BO and 13 into NBE period! I can't believe this! I am now my avatar's size! My thighs are thicker along with my butt. I think half was BO and the other was SP/WY off and on. And no, they are STILL uneven ;( I think I will have to count on fat transfer from back of thighs to that left breast in my future, I am thinking half cup?)

It all started with postings of Anastasia and a comprehensive hormone test panel. I cannot stress this enough, if you haven't tested, please do so! This is the only way some of you if not most of you WILL succeed.

The bra is marked 70D (32D). I believe it is true to size, though its a collision bra keep in mind. The cups are like half cups def not full coverage. I can still see lot of cleavage in a full cup as my breast tissue is practically up my collar bone! I have broad chest area and my breasts grow wide if that makes any sense. I am tech 30 band (65) and this is worn at its tightest since the beginning. I can never wear the 32 bands at their loosest.

So tech, the half cup in this bra should be an E on a 65 band, but I don't count that so much because its Asian made. But the funny thing is, I only see one cup difference between most Asian bras and vintage sizing, if any.

But what's funnier, is that vanity sizing has changed today's bras (most) as they are actually just as small as most Asian made, because they too are smaller than vintage sizing by a cup. Many want to claim Asian is 2 cups smaller than the average American made bra. I disagree with that. 1 if any. So what actually sets on my chest may be a D cup, but for my narrow underbust, that puts me up to an E.

Also, the rumor is still that Asian women's breasts are the smallest today and we know that's changing!


I'd say, try BO, you'll most likely respond. BB has a great 1 year supply deal

going right now, if you can afford it. Or you can try mine which is $40 per ounce (1.5-3 months depending on how you take it) still cheaper (than their inflated 1.5 month supply at $137!) and far more potent. That way, you ll know if you respond to it and then you can blow your money safely on them for their best deal, lol. UB is fantastic for the price! Just as good too. I'd say consider them as well. But they are currently on Back order with issues from the manufacturer. They have to catch up on orders right now so think 3-6 weeks.

BB has a ninety something success rate. Ive tried both and am well pleased at all of the changes!

I can tell you, getting off the synthetics and taking BB (with iodine) and Dr. Ron's thyroid formula (expensive glandular), my hairline is coming back! I have fuller hair in the crown like I used too! I will NEVER go back to cytomel/levo again! I am the slimmest yet curviest I have ever been.

I saw your recent posts, congrats! I see some early stages of growth. I know it will take much more time ( the dreaded), I am happy for you! For me, I also noticed the curving from the torso into the waist and into the hips, this is the last thing that is now happening. I would imagine you will see this later in your development as well. I now have to work on that underbelly pooch and see a chiropractor to straighten my structure.

I'm not taking anything for my iodine, those levels seem to be ok. But my Swanson's thyroid glandular is doing amazing things. I don't know how much of yours you take but I take 3 Swanson's daily, morning, midday, evening.

Girl, you also know it takes 7 years (dreaded) to get a move on into female puberty. You have 5 more now, and its finally happening. I think your breasts are going to set like mine, broad and with lower poles (of course this is just a hunch), I think this because your nipples are sitting that way on your areola, though its still to early, but that's the way it looks so far. More areola above and less on bottom from where the nipple is centered? Am I seeing this correct? If so, that's exactly how mine are. Cool, you may have torpedos!

Thank you Miss! I am not quite finished. I'll be satisfied when my bust measurent is even with my butt measurement which is another inch. Almost there! I know its easy to get greedy, if I can be an even hourglass I can go on maintenance. And if I happen to grow more from that, I won't be mad! I just don't care for the top heavy look. That means going from a pear to hourglass to, well, squished banana! No thanks.
