What else can I do with massage?

#1

Hi
I've been doing the Female Deer breast massage now for 9 weeks, and as yet I haven't seen any growth, although when I cup my breasts they do feel fuller (but again this fluctuates throughout the day).

Because I am not seeing anything yet I want to know what else I can do to help.

I don't want to take any herbs (because I have a thyroid issue, and I don't understand all the different herbs and what they do, etc).

I have been thinking of taking multi-vitamins and omega 3. What do you think of this, would they help? Do you have any other suggestions?

I was going to take protein shakes, but I've been reading an old thread which said that you can put on weight with the shakes and it's best to get the protein from your diet. Although, if I decide to get the protein from my diet would I have to consume the recommended intake of protein per day in order to get any benefit?

Thank you xxSmile

Below are a couple of tips I have come across while searching for info:

I've read that putting a bra on after massage doesn't help the hard work you've done, and that you need to be braless after a massage. Not sure why, but I can't do this on my morning massage because I've work to go to Blush

Also, it seems that laying on your front when in bed doesn't help your breast grow, and being on your side is a bit better, but it's best to lay on your back (can't remember the reasonings behind it, but thought I would share it with you).

I would think the reasoning behind your tips would be circulation mostly. The tightness of a well fitted bra would not cut off circulation but definitely would decrease it. As per lying on your stomach: I would think it would decrease circulation (like when you accidentally sleep on an arm) as well as "train" your breasts to get used to a wide set squished position. Given the way fat transfer works I would think this would cause armpit boob. I always lay on my stomach and have both alwide set breasts and armpit boob...can't be sure that's the cause but I'm pretty sure it doesn't help lol.

To try and answer your questions: if you are willing to do the research, many people on here have actually healed thyroid issues through herbs. Traditional Chinese Medicine has been treating thyroid issues that way for centuries. Multi Vitamins and Omegas (from natural not synthetic sources) are a good idea for everyone in general and may help NBE depending on how poorly depleted you are in those areas at start.

Other suggestions: if you can afford it, get your hormone panels done. This will tell you exactly where your starting point is. There are ways to increase your natural hormone levels such as Acupressure points and hypnosis.

If you truly want to build a successful program, research is MANDATORY. So your best bet is to figure out your starting point and build from there Smile

Happy Growings

Thank you Zormad for much valued information.
Wow - I didn't know about the herbs healing thyroid issues. I take (and have been for years) medication which keeps it level. I will have to look into this.
I would love to get my hormone levels checked, however upon reading some other forums it seems you have to have a few because depending on the time of month the levels change so you cannot get an accurate reading. And, I would be embarrassed to explain why I want this doing.
Also, I live in the UK, and I don't think our doctors (general practitioners) do these kind of tests, I'm not sure where I would go for one. I'll have to google this and see what I can find (perhaps if anybody knows beforehand can let me know).
Thank you kindly x

You are correct in that it is most accurate to get more than one test done, part of why I said if you can afford it...I know I can't lol. There are some online saliva tests available where they send you a like swab thing, you take the sample yourself and then mail it back to them. I'm probably wrong but I wouldn't think they would limit clientele to the states. Or you may have some online options based out of the UK as well...again, I am not sure but it is worth looking in to Wink

Thank you.
I will look online at these saliva tests.
Are the online saliva tests as accurate as the other hormone testing?
Also, how many would I need to buy (ie; how many tests are recommended); and what days of the month would I need to do the tests?
Thank you

Hi there.
I, too, used to have thyroid issues. As a teen, I took pharmaceutical medication, but I prefer the natural route. Long before I got into nbe, I started learning about herbs and stuff. I took a specific thyroid herbal supplement for only one month and it helped a lot. I even got to experience "hot flashes" for a day. I haven't taken medication for thyroid since I was a teen and these days and am not on herbs for thyroid anymore and feel pretty good. Sometimes, doctors say that that medication is for life. I don't think this is really true for a lot of people, actually. But it is good to try to take good care of yourself.
Good luck and good health to us all!
