Super New, Need guidance!

#1

Hello everyone!

I'm super brand new to the NBE journey. I have always, always had problems with my breasts, as small ladies run in my family.

I hit my full growth at about 16 and have been at a 32A forever. Total inches in my bust is only 28"!

So I've been doing some research and have picked myself up some Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek.

I take the saw palmetto and fenugreek every morning and evening,
2 pills of saw @ 160mg each = 640mg daily
1 pill of fenugreek @ 500mg each= 1000mg daily.

I have been taking them for almost 2 weeks now, and notice a tiny bit of fullness in my right breast (the one that has always been smaller).
But really no noticeable growth.

Really, I just want to know what else I can do (That isn't super expensive) without popping a whole buffet of supplements.

I want to see some changes, and I really am not aiming to get very big (I'd like to be a large B, max. My very small body type couldn't handle much more)

Please help me!!!!

Its still early small breasts take longer to start growth but either more fenugreek like some people take 6g or more or you could try pueraria you can take just that without more supplement and one pill a day can be enough and you only need to take it half the month to cycle so works out not expensive.

Cait you didn't say how old you are now. That's rather important to help you with a plan to see the progress you want. You don't seem to be going overboard on the SP and FG, so take some time and let things progress before jumping too quickly into anything new.

I think one of the most important things you can learn from this site is to relax.

Broke college student here! I understand not wanted to blow a bunch of money on herbs that may or may not work. The fact that you are noticing fullness after two weeks is a great sign! Some wait months for changes.

Keep on with what you are taking for at least a few months... consider maybe adding some PM, but cycling it out. Right now I am only taking Fenugreek and Grobust (which a friend gave me and another girl and I split the bottle), so I am adding PM after this month. I have already seen some changes in the girls, so sometimes taking just a few herbs does the trick.

Are you massaging? You can pick up flaxseed oil from Wal-Mart for like five or six bucks. I warm it up in my palm, apply it to my breasts, and do 200 massage rotations plus 50 more on my slightly smaller right side. Then I get into the shower to get some heat on them and cup and squeeze. They round up and get really really firm the more I do this. It's awesome.

I'm 23 years old.
I have only noticed fullness, not real growth. I have felt my breasts ache a bit the last week, so that's a good sign (It's aching just like before my period, but I know I just finished. I started my supplements about 3 days before my period finished, and I took my 'before' pics while my breasts were at their largest during menstruation.)

I've been going over posts here about PM, and I'm actually wondering if any of you know the best price for the supplement. I know I could probably find some info further into your forums, but I don't know where to start.

I will have to look into the flaxseed oil, but I have also seen posts about organic cod liver oil. which would be better? I know the cod oil is supposed to be super stinky!

I just want to say that I am very happy to have found this community. I'm beginning a journey within myself to find out who I am and learning to love myself. This is the one thing that will help me begin my journey of loving my body.

So I purchased some Flaxseed oil for the massage, and I used it twice this weekend. I just wanted to ask some other ladies here, whether or not they've experienced acne flaring up on their breasts while massaging with oils. The center of my breasts are prone to acne from time to time, but the oil on my breasts just a couple times made me break out ALL OVER!

I know the logical answer is just to STOP using it, but I want to know if it's common. At the moment I'm waiting on my PM cream from biovea, but I want to keep massaging with something until then. Sad

Have you tried massaging right before you shower? I'm ridiculously acne prone and I have had 0 breakouts on my chest from fso, and I think that's why. Plus I think getting them in the hot water right after helps. They look pretty awesome after. If you are massaging multiple times a day maybe make up a boonies batter for the other times or use just lotion.

Hello again everyone!

So I just got my shipment of PM in the post today, and I will be starting my massages with the PM cream, but I'm still a bit iffy about the capsules.

There's a bunch of people online who give contradicting tips on how to take it.
I know to avoid menstrual cycle wonkiness, I'm to only take them for 15 days or so.. But what I don't get is when to start them?

Should I be starting on the first day of my period, and continuing for 15 days, or at the end of my period for the same amount of days.

I figured I'd start on the day my period begins, but if someone considers that a bad move, please enlighten me!

Thanks

So bumpy bumpy, just for one more question.

I've decided that I want to eventually introduce Bovine ovaries and collagen to my program.
But what I'm really wanting to know, is if I have to cycle it to go alongside the PM? (I haven't started yet).

I'm going to stop taking my SP and FG the day my period begins and start taking PM. But after I cycle off of it, can I return to my SP, FG and throw in the collagen and Bo then?

Please let me know!

I guess I should say that I would like to continue with SP and FG, because one of those two herbs have helped with a problem that's been plaguing me for months.

I've been having strong stabbing pains in what I believed to be my ovaries for months. And it was like clockwork. The pains would start 7 to 10 days before my period and would continue for the duration. I had urine tests done, blood work, and ultra sounds. Nothing was wrong, but the pain still happened.

I'd just like to say I'm a day away from projected period start date, and I have not had a single pain like before. I'm hoping it's not just my body being late for its period.

Anyway, any suggestions with the BO and collagen?
