I have some definition now in my chest which has created what I like to call a "cleavage illusion." Attached are two photos showing how my pectoral muscles give an appearance of cleavage! You can also see it a little bit in post #83 of my curves thread... (although it is more difficult to see in that photo since I am further from the camera). I loooooove it!

EDIT: Although I am wearing a shirt, it is very thin and I am bra-less, so no support and you are seeing my boobs haven't gotten any bigger... au naturale there, so the cleavage is 100% muscle there. Photos taken August 25 after 8 weeks of upper-body workout routine. I apologize for the graininess.

Wow! I hadn't realized what a nice and long torso you have. You should be able to carry much boobageBig Grin

muscle def is nice. Those things should grow nice and perky.

Yessssss a long torso Rolleyes And, I hope you're right! Katy Perry boobage, please!!

Note on photos below: I realized that I only had photos angled from the side in my earlier post, so now I want to show what the cleavage illusion looks like from the front, so that you can see that it is not just an illusion created from the side. And then I got carried away and took another side photo, lol. These were taken yesterday, September 13.

Now that I've got a little extra cleavage from my pecs by exercises, now it's time to grow some actual boob-cleavage!!

However, I just received an email last night from UB saying that they are back ordered (thanks for the heads-up, Princess T) and will probably have the product ready to ship by the 17th. That's not so bad, considering it should take no more than a day or two to get to my place. Excited!! Oh, and to anyone who might know, how long of a break should I take after my PM and before my BO? I... forget Dodgy And should I do a milk thistle cleanse? Heck, why not... it can't hurt...

What exercises are you doing for that?

Thanks Abi! Yeah I think it's pretty sweet! Here are the exercises I have been doing for the past two months to work on my pectoral muscles:

Chest Exercises (1x per week)
Wide Push Ups—body weight full pushup, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...-positions
Incline Chest Press—30 lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...bell-press
Pectoral Flyes—35 lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...bell-flyes
Decline Pectoral Flyes—35 lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...bell-flyes

I would also recommend doing Narrow Push Ups http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...-positions if you're looking for another exercise to do without equipment. Wide push ups work the outer pecs, narrow push ups work the inner pecs, which is the part that makes me look like I have cleavage! But, any of the above exercises will add muscle mass to the pecs, which will raise the area to give contour. You can also do Incline Push Ups and Decline Push Ups with use of a small prop (Decline: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...ne-push-up and Incline: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...ne-push-up ) to work the upper and lower parts of the chest.

Let me know if anyone has questions about any of this!

Timarie, so, are you doing chest exercise once per week?

Hey Pom! Yes, once a week. But it wouldn't hurt if you did it twice a week, either. I think I would just get completely overwhelmed if I did it twice a week, as I do so many other exercises as well! Just no more than 3x a week, MAX. I would recommend 1-2x a week.

Hey everyone!!!

Ok so I am soooo excited because my Ultra Breast came in today!! I opened the bottles and it smells like a tiny farm in a bottle. Love it. This is one of the things I remember loving about my Maruman Pig Placenta-- the stench! Haha. Also I noticed that the 515mg per capsule is NOT just BO. 450mg of it is BO, 50mg is Ipriflavone, and 15mg is Wild Yam. So, I will be getting 1350mg of BO daily, as opposed to 1545mg of BO as I posted in post #65.

So I don't know what was going through my thread in my other post where I was thinking of taking a break between my Chiyomilk program and now my BO program. BO is essentially non-hormonal and, therefore, will not interact with the recent PM in my bloodstream. So, I am thinking I will start tomorrow! The only thing I need is to buy another shaker bottle for my MSM drink, as the one I used to use was stolen by the daughter of the landlord whom I live with (her daughter came home from college and my bottle was sitting in the drainboard and then would disappear and reappear every so often and then, when she left to go back to college, I never saw it again). So, hopefully I will get a chance to buy it tomorrow. If anyone knows from experience that for some reason it is a bad idea to take BO during a cycle which has been effected from previous PM (I took PM during my last period which means it will be effecting my next period's on-set and cramping intensity), please let me know. Otherwise, I will just keep in mind that any side effects that I see in the next month could also be from the lingering Estrogen levels from the PM. I see no harm in starting my BO program now!

So, here are my measurements before I start:

Follicular Measurements

Underbust/Bust: 29"/35"
Waist: 25"
Hip/Butt: 39.5"

These are my measurements, and I plan to start tomorrow! Big Grin

As per requested by timarie I'm going to explain why she's about to add some new stuff to her program.

So basically, she's been repeatedly disappointed and while we were chatting privately I asked her about her testosterone levels, going on a hunch and wanting some confirmation.

She's not out of range, but her testosterone is at the high end...

Which was what I'd expected.

So my suggestion to her was that she try low dose chinese skullcap and spearmint at 400 mg three times daily each.

As I've explained before chinese skullcap targets the production of testosterone and spearmint targets the receptor binding.

The reason I did not and do not suggest saw palmetto for things like this is because saw palmetto's primary effect is blocking dihydrotestosterone production, which is a very exceptionally rare problem for women, basically only those suffering PCOS really can benefit. Men there's more men who can benefit, but not nearly as much as many seem to think.

This SHOULDN'T really impact her results with her weight training, if I thought it'd cause problems I wouldn't have had her post a program for me to start doing just that in my own thread. Tongue

@Timarie, I meant to add a while ago, while I was researching T and E, I read that the breast receptor sites can be either occupied by estrogen or testosterone.

I was always under the impression progesterone, testosterone had their own receptors in the breasts and ly dormant when the opposing hormones were dominant , but the more I am reading, the more I am finding out, that T can occupy all of these receptors just as Estrogen, and now I am assuming it may be the same for progesterone.

So with working out of the upper chest, it may be that MOST if not MANY of your breast receptors may never have a chance of being filled with Estrogen.

So I don't know if a strong antiandrogen would be the answer alone, or if you need to work out less in addition to it. Just something to think about if you haven't.

Also, with BO, it actually does contain hormones, but it also contains nutritional support. The enzymes and growth factors nourish the glands, it strengthens them to function at their best. So its technically both hormonal supplementation and glandular strengthening. These hormones are still stronger than phyto estrogens. So with PM, it will most likely be competing with BO hormones/your own hormones, so best to not use too much PM (if you are going this route).

This is partly true, and this is why I've encouraged her to try anti-androgens. I DON'T think she should have to reduce her workouts any. And that would actually be harmful to her lower body routine. MAYBE she MIGHT want to think about stopping working on her pectorals, but certainly shouldn't need to worry about her lower body hurting anything.

If this DOESN'T work I do already know she'd rather abandon attempts at getting a larger breast size than abandon her workout routines or even ease up on them.

I said it's partly true because you're slightly misunderstanding I think how the receptors work. Only estrogens bind to estrogen receptors. Only progesterone and progestins bind to progesterone receptors. And only androgens bind to androgen receptors. However, when there is too much of one of these, it inhibits the binding for the other two. Not because it's stealing receptors, but because it's congesting the traffic.

She's already quit PM before starting BO. Though I'm not so sure they compete at all anyways. Maybe they do. But I really don't think so. There are more than one kind of receptor for each of the three main hormone groups... There's at least two identified major ones for estrogens, and in animal testing, they've found that plant-based estrogens tend to prefer the beta sites and animal estrogens tend to prefer the alpha sites. So they'd actually cooperate up to a certain point. But past the "traffic congestion" point they'd just clog up the system, obviously.

Her stopping PM was a GOOD idea actually on two fronts: she was already upper-range on estrogen, so she'd likely go into traffic congestion if she tried taking more than one source. And also because she was already BALANCED, taking PM could have UNBALANCED her, which I'm pretty sure was already happening before Tongue
