I don't even know if this is the right sub forum to post, but I've been reading that a lot of people have been taking msm. I'm taking 4 gram a day, but in table form. Is powder more effective than tablet? Why? And what is the dose for the most optimal result?

I think tablets have most additives normally you can test msm by how well it dissolves in water the powder I use dissolves really well its also much better value to buy powder because you get a lot more for your money especially if you take high amounts.
The dose depends on what you want from your msm if your taking it alone for breast growth take a higher dose 6-15g you need about 1g vitamin c per 3g msm.
If your taking it with nbe program lower dose could help growth as well.

I use a 1kg tub jarrows formulas msm powder I think I bought it from iherb I could probably have found it cheaper but it wasn't really expensive since it should last a few months.
