Can I just ask does everyone FEEL growth? I have been doing massage and taking epo but other than a slight warmth from being rubbed and seeing the veins during massage I feel nothing during or after, no tingling no itching no heaviness or anything like that.. did you all feel that from the start? Am I not doing it long enough or could i be growing without any feelings of it?
So many people are reporting of these sensations with growth and whilst my breasts feel a little fuller from the attention nothing else is giving me feeling. I have also tried hypnosis once and felt warmth during that but don't know if that was in my mind lol. Can anyone help please?
Thanks!

I don't feel sensations. Just take photos, measurements and compare each month. Everyone will feel differently during their growing.

The only suppelment I take is pm. Sometimes I feel an aches that last like 2 seconds and that's it. So basically no I don't feel much going on at all. I've been doing NBE since April and no growth yet. But I haven't been consistant either. So you should stay consistant, take pictures and stay positive.

I feel very very minor aches, but when I do feel them, I close my eyes and try to imagine that I am sending more blood to my breasts and growing them and this actually increases the aches (when I stop they go away and I can actually bring small aches back when I start again) so you could maybe try that right after a massage or before bed, maybe then you will feel something.

Oh yes, thank you. I started getting a lot more aches right during ovulation heading into my 17th day. I've been keeping better track during my cycle now. That's exactly what I do. I savior the moment of aches, haha...and try to get them to last longer...
