I've been finding it really hard to find info on how and why MSM could increase breast size. What is the chemical pathway? What effects does it have on the body? Why is it so often combined with collagen? For that matter, how does collagen affect breast growth? I'm thinking about adding this to my potential routine (which I haven't actually started yet), but I definitely need to know more about how it might work.

MSM makes collagen from protein the same way they use sulfur to vulcanize soft gummy rubber into hard rubber tires. It is not hormonal like most herbs are. And you don't need to combine it with collagen; that's two of the same thing. Besides making the entire body springy including the breasts, lack of the material can be a bottleneck to growth just like lack of fat would. Some women have grown from MSM alone, though I doubt it is the only thing holding back most people.
It would be good to add for anyone who doesn't already eat a lot of MSM, chicken's feet, beef tendon, tripe, bone broth or meat skin. Collagen supplements OTOH are worthless because unless you take it by the large scoopful it can't match food nor make a difference in the amount of tissue in your body. It would be like trying to gain weight with little lard pills.

Loved this. This has been my most recent hunch but you just completely confirmed it for me.... I take MSM mostly for circulation, as I read somewhere that it is good for that. I also take it for my joints for my lower body workouts and to help my hair grow faster. I don't really take it for the collagen production, although that is a nice added benefit.

Usually they wouldn't grow from MSM alone (sometimes they do), but it can be a bottleneck just like being too skinny can be. It should be good in combination with other things. And even by itself it will provide lift and bounce from the supporting connective tissue. That's why it's good for joints too, and why collagen is in all those rubbery animal parts.
