Your goals should be reachable. I know in the beginning I mentioned keeping that goal low so that you don't feel so overwhelmed (as its frustrating being so measurably imbalanced and if not getting steady results, so depressing! Sad )and then once that goal is reached aim for more.
I would imagine your natural bust/ ass measurement is somewhere around 38" top to bottom at good median (judging by your waist measurement).

I agree, I hate that whole bottom heavy look and the unnecessary attention from it! Guys love it of course. Remember that song "fat bottom girls" by Queen. That's when I learned to love my cheeksSmile

Some new advice for those that noogle: noogle every day, even if just for 15 minutes, for optimal growth. This is what I'm thinking at least. I'm now on my 8th month I believe. What I've noticed is obviously after my period, A LOT of the swelling goes away. BUT, if I keep noogling constantly throughout the month, that swelling barely leaves and I get to keep my larger breasts for the whole month. That creates much LARGER swelling for the next month!

If I half-ass the noogling, missing sometimes 4 days in a row, that swelling diminishes and I am left with rather sorry-looking boobs early to mid-month. This makes me question time and time again if I am even making any true progress! It really affects my mind-frame and self-esteem. I hate that I'm like this, but I am just soooo much more confident with myself when my boobs are looking larger and perky. Once they go down I feel like I'm practically back at day one. It is a sad and pitiful feeling. I don't want to look like a little girl anymore. I want to look 100% woman, and for me (personally) that is a ton of curves.

I also got down to 111 lbs.this month. I like to be around 115. I just haven't been eating enough and it's funny even a 4 lb. difference really affects my breasts. I need to be at 115 lbs. for optimal boobage without too large of thighs and ass. I'm 5'2 btw. It sounds so nitpicky I know but for real, that little drop is like all boobs.

I have the same exact concern. This is why I waited to nopgle after I saw real growth from my nbE regi.
I only pump every other day or every 3rd day for two hours so I'm not dissapointed. I don't plan on noogling for the rest of my life.

I'm 5ft 1.5" and 103lbs! I cannot believe I'm able to hold a small D. I am worried about being underweight n losing boo age too. I think 105 and I'm okay.

Yeah us bottom-heavies really need to maintain a certain weight to keep up the boobs. It's the first thing to go! There never seems to be a shortage of hips n ass though. Tongue

Hi Ella, I cannot remember what size are you? Do you have a decent amount of tissue? If not, it will just take a lot more time. Noogle is #1 I think though. If it does at it claims, then it is building tissue. Fat will come and go, but the tissue will stay. For many of us, keeping the fat on is the problem. If you are a bottom-gainer, or no-gainer, then growing fat in your boobs is near-impossible. Tissue is a different story.

Im a 34a. I am quite slim so hard to gain weight. Il swear since being on the herbs im gaining on my tummy and hips but not up top sod it ha ha. The pill popping tea drinking sneaky noogling and massaging is just EXHAUSTING!!!! Id be very happy to achieve to what yours look like though Smile

Try the skin brushing method (fat redistribution). Since it's just right on your tummy, it shouldn't be too difficult. Just make sure to make it a daily habit!

Yeah this is all so time-consuming. I hope to God that I can get permanent growth and not have to make this a lifetime commitment. I refuse to do the herbs for more than a year. No more estrogen pills 1 year from now. Not wanting to get breast-cancer.

Im with you on that! especially with regard to breast cancer!
I kept asking the question about taking milk thistle to help flush out the excess estrogens but never got a straight answer even from the firms who sell these NBE herbs.
Because you like me are concerned about the estrogen side of it I've just got a book called "the breast cancer prevention plan" by dr Edward conley, i'm partially through it but it goes into great detail all about estrogens and phytoestrogen so well worth a read if you can get your hands on it Smile ie I never knew there are 3 types of estrogen! yikes - soo much to learn, so that's my new goal, to learn about how and what these phytos can do to us before I go silly on any more herbs. Sorry to ramble on :p
