I also got down to 111 lbs.this month. I like to be around 115. I just haven't been eating enough and it's funny even a 4 lb. difference really affects my breasts. I need to be at 115 lbs. for optimal boobage without too large of thighs and ass. I'm 5'2 btw. It sounds so nitpicky I know but for real, that little drop is like all boobs.
Oh,no! Your progress was so inspirational to me that I shifted my focus on massaging and noogling. What will your next steps be?

I've also been losing weight. I think I was 117 when I started 8 months ago. Now at 111.

Try the skin brushing method (fat redistribution). Since it's just right on your tummy, it shouldn't be too difficult. Just make sure to make it a daily habit!

Yeah this is all so time-consuming. I hope to God that I can get permanent growth and not have to make this a lifetime commitment. I refuse to do the herbs for more than a year. No more estrogen pills 1 year from now. Not wanting to get breast-cancer.

I kept asking the question about taking milk thistle to help flush out the excess estrogens but never got a straight answer even from the firms who sell these NBE herbs.
Because you like me are concerned about the estrogen side of it I've just got a book called "the breast cancer prevention plan" by dr Edward conley, i'm partially through it but it goes into great detail all about estrogens and phytoestrogen so well worth a read if you can get your hands on it Smile ie I never knew there are 3 types of estrogen! yikes - soo much to learn, so that's my new goal, to learn about how and what these phytos can do to us before I go silly on any more herbs. Sorry to ramble on :p

You're not rambling. You could be helping all of us out with your new wisdom. You should start a thread about what you learn since pretty much all of us are putting ourselves at risk with all the estrogen we're putting in our bodies. It's pretty much blindly too since we're all so worried about growing our boobs. We're disregarding all of the health risks for sure. Extra estrogen= breast cancer risk.

Well from studies- granted they were conducted by brava, any growth you achieve for 10 months is yours to keep. That's why with brava you have to keep wearing the system for 10 months min. Since noogleberry works similarly to brava, I do believe it will lead to permanent growth albeit slow. I wish I had taken pictures at the start bc I'm convinced I've grown. Then again even pictures can be deceiving depending on lighting and angles. I know that I'm trying to avoid bovine ovary as much as possible. If I can get to a b cup with massaging, noogleberry, and PM, I'll be satisfied. Anything beyond will be icing on the cake.

That's why I'm so specific with my photos-they help tell the truth for me. I try to take them the same time every month, same lighting, same angles, pose, etc. I want everything to be the EXACT same so I can analyze my growth. I made a huge error in not measuring my under and over bust because I'm now seeing that I'm growing upper bust, but that never gets put into the measuring across the bust. So even when the bust measurement stays the same, the photos are proving I'm still growing.

We have our largest time and smallest time of the month. My largest time of the month is getting quite large (for me) and so it's such a kick in the butt when I am at my smallest because it feels sooooo nice to actually feel busty! I cannot let that discourage me. I know I am growing and that is miracle-like!

That is my concern too (a lot of people's programs). From my own research, I quickly learned that high testosterone is oftentimes the reason we can't grow. By lowering your T you can greatly enhance your chances of growing. It's not all about estrogen!

which is where saw palmetto comes into it (at least I think) but on the flipside I'm hearing saw palmetto is making a lot of ladies put on weight in their lower extremites which is the case for me at the moment. I did mean to ask when you say the fat brushing is it sufficient to use just your hands to rub across the fat or literally use a brush which seems to make more sense as it would break it up more?? Ps I have taken NO photos, I don't know how on earth I could when my daughter and hubby are always on my phone! I'd die of embarrasement if either saw multiple boobie pics of me! But having read another reply in this thread I will make a point of measuring the top/under side etc etc now Smile

Okay, so another 1 month update. I am on month 7 of NBE. I may post another photo because my period has been thrown off and therefore inaccurate lack of swelling. I always take photos when I am a few days before my period. I will keep taking photos and see when my period starts.

I am deciding to stop taking all hormonal herbs for a little. Since I have started this I have been getting endless breakouts on my chin. Anyone know which herbs are known for doing this? I will slowly reintroduce the herbs until I find out which one is the culprit. These days this is what I am taking

PM (threw my period off already! Just started taking it last month)
Black Cohosh
Vitamin C with Rosehip
Multi
Vitex
Biotin


This has actually been a really, really bad NBE month. Lost even more weight out of up and down depression. Breasts were the first thing to suffer. Was hardly able to noogle for half of the month either because of constantly being around people. My smaller breast is def looking smaller than the other again. I didn't give it enough 1-on-1 attention I guess Wink I also stopped all binaural and hypnosis for spiritual reasons. Had a crazy experience last month and upon reading how to cleanse this situation, I learned that hypnosis is a gateway for demons and the darker realms to enter you. I am trying to eliminate all potential gateways. Shitty, because I think it was really helping.

Sorry for the negativity. Things are not so great in my personal life these days. It's leaking onto here. Don't let guys dictate your happiness. I am working on that.

Here's a real kicker: I'm measuring at 32.5" WTF! Am I losing back fat or something? My breasts seem larger than last month. And definitely much larger than 4 and 5 month's photos. So weird! Thank God I take these photos! The top has grown a lot when I compare it with several months back. I will keep doing upper massages. I massage the top A LOT. Happy to see that work is showing!
