Evening Primrose Oil dosages for breast growth

#1

Hi
I've been reading up on the net and some old threads, and some ladies have grown with EPO on its own, but I think most, if not all, were on relatively high dosages of 3000-4000mg a day. (and at least 9% GLA).
Do they actually do EPO at this high dosage? The highest I've found is 1300mg once or twice a day, so this gives a maximum of 2600mg. It also says not to exceed the stated dose.
So, are these ladies exceeding the stated dose or is there a EPO with this dosage that I haven't come across?
I would really like to give EPO a try, but would like to know where I can get the higher dosage EPO from, or do I just exceed the stated dose, but what would happen if I exceeded the dose.
I was also thinking of getting the EPO liquid to massage onto my breasts, but could I do this if taking the capsules (again it's about exceeding the doseage)?
But saying all this about having to take high doseage to get growth, my mum has been on EPO and her breasts have got bigger and she only takes 1000mg a day, and I'm thinking if they work for her there could be a good chance they would work for me due to our genes.
I would be grateful for any answers and info you can share. Thank you

hi I read and wondered the same thing. my bottle of epo 1000mg with 10%gla says one to three pills a day. from what I read these women took this dosage over a period of months and not for the purpose of BE but this happened anyway - lucky them ha ha!
funnily enough if its meant to help with skin and nails, il like to input since taking it all my nails have broken! cheated!

I don't use it internally but I use it externally as my facial moisturizer. I quit using normal moisturizers awhile back bc of the chemicals and fragrances. Anyway, my skin looks amazing!! EPO is a wonder oil! I really should start to take it internally.

Hi lora

I've done an online hormone questionnaire and think I might be estrogen dominant and/or estrogen deficient. Does that mean I should avoid phystoestrogens then?

I've had a look at a few websites, while some say it does contain phytoestrogens and others say not. But then I found this link (below), which says EPO does not contain phytoestrogen, however there are some manufacturers who combine evening primrose oil with phytoestrogens. That's where I think the conflicting views might lie.

It says to check the label to see if it contains phytoestrogens. But what I want to know is what would the label actually say - would it say phystoestrogens or would it name the individual phystoestrogen herb name (and what would these be).
