Hi everyone,
I am a 29 year old Female and Im a 32A. I have struggled with my breast size ever since I could remember. I joined BreastNexus because it seems like the best place to get info and support on natural breast enlightenment. I hope to meet a lot of great people in the process.

I was taking the greenbush herbal programme but have now switched to "natureday" programme.
what are you trying?
ps I chose the methods I have as im no expert on hormones etc and this site albeit wonderful can overwhelm you with all the different things and methods the ladies and gents try.
my programme is simple, take a few pills and liquid and the testimonials from natureday are very inspiring.
you do learn a lot on here and had I found this site prior to starting NBE I would have done things ALOT differently!

Hello... don't give up hope! It can seem like your progress may be slow in the beginning, but if you find what suits you, you can get great results! I've been looking at all of the wonderful results, both big and small. Maybe you won't see any changes overnight, but I'm sure you will see growth!
