Hello all members . Male 61 wants to grow boobs . Done a fair bit of reading on the net but this forum seems to be best . It does not try to sell you information that is freely awailable on net .

Been takin fenugreek + saw palmento tinctur + fennel tincture
As i dont want my wife to know what i am upto so taking things slowly .
Nuggets of information =.dont buy FG capsules as they are over priced . You can by FG in 500g bags at most traditional asian shops . For tinctures i buy from = theingridientsonly.com . I found you can buy liter bottle at very reasonable price .
My present dose
Teaspoon FG
Tablespoon fennel tincture
Tablespoon saw palmento
Massage twice a day .
After reading in this forum extensively i am going to make some changes
Fenugreek + fennel + saw palmento +pureri mirifica + maca.
