is it possible that this could be because of grow yours because theres no way i could be pregnant.
Thanks for reading

The two could be related; I know that my last period, which was my first on the GY program was really light and shorter then normal which is unusual for me, so I am curious to see how this months goes. I would say ask Joseph see what his response is if you are sure you aren't pregnant. Otherwise I have heard that it isn't abnormal for women to skip periods or be late while doing different forms of NBE. Just monitor it and if it goes too long without on, take a break and see if it comes on.

The massages increases the prolactin hormone, and begins to block the LH and FSH hormones, which delay or completely stop ovulation. If you stop getting your periods but want them back, take a break from GY until they come back.

I haven't had any change in periods while on GY.

You will have to confirm this with a doctor, but I don't see why not.
