I have ordered MACA from plant spirit twice whilst on a booty building program. Fast delivery and really high quality. The quantities I took (sourced from a member on here who I can't recall!);
Week 1 - 1 cap per day
Week 2 - 2 caps per day
Week 3 - 3 caps per day
Week 4 - 4 caps per day
Week 5 - 4 caps per day
Week 6 - NONE
Then repeat although I wasn't taking any other supplements at the time.

Hello I was actually supplementing MACA for booty growth, as well as external fish oil and bum exercises. I definitely gained a significant amount on the booty but didn't notice much of a difference with my breasts. However it might be a different story if you are supplementing with other herbs for booby growth
P.s I also had an increased libido, lubricant and energy whilst supplementing on MACA
