hey, fellow booby-plumpers! 
i'm new here and this is my first post. i have a pretty simple question.
so most herb supplements are capsules but i'm a vegetarian (vegetarian capsules are more expensive for fewer pills) and i do not wish to consume the gelatin capsule. i assume it's not necessary either because it should dissolve while you get the real goods: the herbs inside.
what is the best way to get all the herb in the capsule into your system without having to be held together by the capsule?

I am a vege and i buy mine loose / tincture .
You can buy FG / fennel in most asian grocery shops .
You can get tinctures from -- justingridients.com -- cheapest
For protein i use peanuts .

FG - 1 heaped teaspoon soaked in water
Fennel -- 2 tablespoon
PM powder -- 1 level teaspoon
All 3 above 3 times a day .
Mix PM tincture in lotion and massage tits . Use palm of to massage in circular motion .right side clock wise , left side anti-clock wise .
Brest excercise twice a day ( look up on net )

is it really spelled justingridients.com? or justingredients.com which says the site is for sale?
I want to find a PM vendor who sells just the whole actual powder. I've been looking and every seller is really shady (with reports or is selling kilograms of the stuff for hundreds of dollars and all I want is a smaller amount of the powder to make tincture at home with alcohol for cheaper.

Be patient and take time searching . Ask ppl in forum as many are buying.
