It's not how long, it's how you use it! If anything, it's the girth that makes a difference. Most women are only about 4" deep, so, anything more than that is excess. In some cases, anything a LOT more than that can be painful!

I agree confidence and personality can make most people sexy. Yes with its harder to suck big I can't breath with at all it but I still enjoy even if I can just deep throat for short time anal is possible though but best with lube.

And, although I have only ever had two partners in my lifetime (so I cannot say how a small-sized penis would feel), I DO know that I enjoy holding a big penis in my hand.
