i just get a new measurements but this time when wearing a bra that's almost fit,

this measurements while wearing a bra just like the video shows that i'm 32AA

i'm confusing now
my measurement calculations without a bra showing that i'm 34AAA
and with a bra 32AA

here's my measurements with a bra

band size 74cm = 29.10 inch
bust size at the fullest part 82cm = 32.30 inch

and according to this video by adding 3 to band size,
so my band size is 32
and my cup size is 32.30 - 32 = 0.3 and this makes me AA cup

so i'm 34AAA (without a bra ) or 32AA (with a bra )

ok girls there is a great news that i can tell you now

there is no doubt that i gain 2cm growthhhhhhhhhhhhh

yes about an inch

my last measurements was 79 cm on the fullest part of my bust
and now it's 81.20 cm and the greatest news is that it won't default as i finished my period from one weak ago , so it's a real growth , i wish i'm not wrong and it won't default

so i was
77 cm on 22/January (from January to Auguste i was taking bountiful breast only with no result )
79 cm on 24/October
and now 81.20 cm on 23/December

and this makes my growth 1.70 inch from the beginning of my journey ( oh yeaaaaa about twooooo inches )

now i'm gonna add 3 grams of msm regularly as i was seeing a good result with it when i was taking 1 gram per day,
i'm also gonna add 2 gram of collagen , and i'm gonna keep on fat transfer massage, hypnosis, pc and exercise .

and about my diet i finished my whey protein so i'm gonna focus on meat and less carbs .

i will get my dim and calcium d glucarate supply next week .

Wow congratulations, lora, this is wonderful news! I've been lurking on your threads since August and have seen how much adversity you've suffered and have had to overcome. Well done for braving on and working out how to get your health right, in a way that will also help toward your NBE goal - I'm so happy for you! Do you think your DIM supplements are responsible for your growth, i.e. you've grown simply because your estrogen levels have been lowered? Or do you think your growth is primarily down to using the noogleberry? I suspect that I'm estrogen dominant as I have the symptoms, although I haven't yet taken a lab test. I recently bought some DIM which I'm sitting on until I feel the time is right to start taking it. I'm not sure what it will do for NBE. I don't think I've attained any results from the PM program I'm on now (and have been since August), so maybe it would help!

i think yes DIM helped me a lot but also gaining weight too ,
i'm not yet using the noogleberry , i didn't receive it yet ,
but the most thing that i think it helped me is hypnosis , i advice you to give steve g jones hypnosis a try , i think you'll like it

i'm not very well peggy ,
i didn't receive my noogleberry till now and i also have a problem in receiving my DIM and MSM .

i think these problems will be solved soon , but i'm frustrated to somewhat these days and i can't even relax or concentrate with steve hypnosis ,

some emotional and family problems is getting me down, stressed and upset most of the time and i don't want to make anything .

i'm trying hard to get out of this and concentrate again on my goal

i don't know why i'm losing hope now , i mean there is no reason for that , i already gained some inches, so why i think that i will not be able to gain more
