i am wondering if i can take two different kind of NBE together or not?
I want to take PM and natureday. can I do that or not?

Yes, you can take both, but I'd suggeat sticking with one and an antiandrogen. Otherwise, higher amount of PM than natureday. There are no gaurantees on your functionality down there doing this. Maybe you can try something like the noogleberry with massages and lower amount of herbs with frequent breaks.

They decrease the effects of male hormones. I'd recommend saw palmetto since a lot of the others will decrease your libido a huge amount. Go over to the biological male section for more info.

I use the Natureday breast cream, and I have on and off for about 2 years...I just started on the PM like 2 days ago so I have yet to see what it will do, but I know I have gotten some decent results from the Natureday cream alone. The natureday liquid didn't work for me at all though.
