Im getting hives and something similar to itching..... i used FG and Maca should i stop or continue? pls help!!!

Sounds to me like you are experiencing an allergic reaction to fenugreek and/or maca: "An anaphylactic reaction involves swelling of the tongue and throat, trouble breathing, hives and a sudden drop in blood pressure."
