Recently started eating more nuts and drinking milk like crazy so I think that's what has done it. I'm going to start having a milkshake every other day and see how that treats me.
I've also been sticking to massaging a lot better now. I've even gotten in three today! Ran out of cocoa butter though so I haven't had anything to massage with.
I've heard great things about using muscle rubs to promote swelling and growth. I plan to pick up some Vicks vapor rub to see how that works. It has relatively the same properties going on so we'll see!
So for an update:
Breasts: Looking a tad bigger, definitely more firm, and a little perkier.
Weight: Up three pounds making my weight 95lbs!
Congrats on the weight gain!
And yeah, I'm curious about the muscle rubs. I can't get away with it at the moment-- my family would wonder why the @#&$ I smell like muscle rub all of the time. But I hope it works for you.

Yes, I feel like I noticed growth after I increased my milk intake and protein. Other than that, I have only been massaging and using a heating pad along with taking my multivitamins.
By the way, I used my vicks rub for the first time last night and it was very exhilarating! I masssaged with it and then left some on over night. It actually helped me sleep! Lol

So I just took my measurements and no growth! So dissapointing since I can definitely tell a difference in them....maybe I measured wrong before?
I'm feeling a little discouraged but I haven't been going that long so I'm going to keep at it. I mean, I know for a fact they're firmer and fuller!

So, I broke down tonight.
I decided to go bra shopping to find one that fits me. It's so upsetting looking at myself in bras I don't fill out and I thought it'd boost my confidence if I had one that flattered me. Well I found a 32A, which is what I THOUGHT would fit me perfectly. Not to mention, also the smallest bra size available in stores. Didn't fit! Still had gapping up top in my cups and the strap was still riding up. I bawled my eyes out to my husband. The smallest bra available and doesn't fit! My self esteem definitely took yet another nose dive tonight. I hate everything about myself. I don't want to but I have no idea how to change that. I feel like my body is ruined. Built like a stick...no curves, tiny breasts, saggy breasts, too skinny, stretch marks...I just want to feel sexy in my own skin again. Is that too much to ask? I look in the mirror, and just cry. Tonight was the first night I actually started to consider implants.
My hubby said he'd take me bra shopping again tomorrow. He thinks the bra I got just had weird extra padding that didn't suit me. I'm doubtful.
I'm just really hating my lack of curves and over abundance of stretch marks lately. Sorry for the major negative rant. Just feeling down.

Newmomma, don't cry. Your breasts are cute, they are not big (yet) but they have a very nice shape and they look very feminine (btw. your breasts are still bigger than mine). You have a tiny waist and your figure looks really lovely. Don't be sad, you are beautiful.

First and foremost look at positives . 1) you have a loving partner. 2) you have good base for your boob growth. 3) you have waist to kill for .
Negatives ? You are not happy about your curves which with time and patience is fixable . Patience is name of game .
Concentrate on all things positive in life.
